Our furnace was not working Friday night (Feb 03, 2017), called the service number and booked an appointment for the next day at 1pm. The technician (Laurier LeBlanc) was nice enough to call that he can come in earlier. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to assess and inform us that the furnace is beyond repair. So, he gave us the home comfort advisor’s (Jeff Randall) number. We contacted him and he was able to accommodate us the very same day. He came in to see us in a short period of time, also was able to put all the paper work together for the new furnace with added perks in place for early Monday at 9 a.m. On Monday morning, the furnace installer (Victor & Shane) came on schedule; they were professional enough to place a mat over the floor to avoid getting it dirty. They went over expectations by coming back when they found out there was a minor leakage in the main water shut-off valve. All in all, everyone did an excellent job!
