I needed my furnace serviced as it had stopped working and the house was getting cold. There as some miscommunication at first as the service tech did not arrive at the promised time. But when I called back and they dispatched a tech. he was super efficient and polite and had the heat back on in a jiffy!

Steve and Nic were great! They went about their work without disturbing us, were able to accomadate our special requests (we're renovating and are moving a wall), and cleaned up when they were all done!

I found the representative from reliance to be very knowledgable and friendly. Provided us with exceptional service and assisted us with what we needed and more! I would definitely recommend Reliance to anyone :)

I had a new furnace installed in my home and Rob and Pat were very helpful. They answered all questions were very friendly and helpful in telling me how the furnace and ac work. Thank you reliance home comfort!! Only complaint I have is we were told no payments for 12 months...contract said 9 months....my first bill due in April. When I called they can't change it unless they up our interest rate. WOW really???? They don't even have my address right. They have my name in st.catharines but my furnace put in in Niagara Falls....O-Kay??

Woke up to no heat in the house. Contacted Reliance, technician arrived promptly and quickly determined the thermostat required replacing. He executed the task quickly and professionally. James L DAA2881

We wanted a water softener in our house, so my Dad contacted a number of companies. Reliance was most helpful. Adam Kurylowicz spoke to my Dad and came out to the house to review the placement and any requirements before installation. Adam was knowledgeable and helpful. On the day of installation, the technician and manager came in and were professional and knowledgeable. Job well done!

I called, they gave a very close appointment though it was on a Sunday,,,, they came on time did what i called for and something else that i had forgotten to mention on the call The person who came was very nice and polite,,, thank you

Fanominal service. We love our new furnace. Hats off to the two gentlemen that installed our furnace, top notch.

I called in my request for plumbing support over a weekend. I was first of all pleased that my plumbing home visit could be quickly fielded. Monday morning a local plumber called to confirm a time. The plumber was polite, respectful and showed consideration for my time and my many questions. He worked sreadily, reviewing first the general plumbing lines to determine which jobs to complete first. I was pleased with the results.

We had no hot water this morning. Called service center and had someone out within an hour. Service person Mat R came out had to run and get a part. He was back in 20 min and part was no good. He made phone call and within 30 minutes we had a new tank installed. Get job to Mat R #4357.
