Reliance Home Comfort reviews (13630)

-10 degrees, January 29 furnace stops working at 9:30am. I am a single mom with 2 children. Reliance cannot come out until next day 7 to 11am. It is now after 11am Jan 30 and nothing. I hope to purchase a new furnace but will never be dealing with Reliance again. Terrible customer service...all it takes is once.

From meeting with Dustin who thoroughly explained the functionality of their Eco-friendly products, to signing our contract to having our new AC and furnace units being installed, we had a very positive experience! Patel and his crew did an amazing job with installing our new AC and furnace units! The installing crew were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, kind and detail oriented! They cleaned up after their work, and also answered all of our questions! We felt bad for the crew due to the cold weather conditions but they didn't let this slow them down! We look forward to doing business with them again in the future! V & D S. The only hick up was a faulty valve for the humidifier, which will be replaced on Monday!

Craig Austin from Reliance came out to do the regular maintenance on our furnace, from the moment he arrived he was very professional and informative he went above and beyond to explain all the components of my HVAC system. Great job!

Our water heater was actively leaking so we called to have an in house quote and our sales rep Jason Rowe came and looked at our tank after looking at the tank and giving us our options he noticed our furnace wasn't working, some q&a later we realized why our electricity bills were so high and why our furnace was so loud. He worked with us and gave us a great price to replace our heater furnace and a/c. Absolutely no pressure and gave us information we needed and at no time told us we had to go with him we had plenty of time to decide what we wanted to do. He managed to get everything installed NEXT DAY!!! He was such a great man he was super busy setting everything up yet still managed to find time to play and interact with my 1 year old son, we never felt pressured or rushed. He came by the house to make sure everything was going ok then has followed up after with us on a few occasions to make sure everything is still ok. Very much unlike most salesman where after the sale is done they leave to never be heard from again, he maintains contact and stresses he's always close at hand if we need anything. That being said we are happy with our super quiet high efficiency furnace and our tankless water system. We had a small issue but Harry R #0868 came and fixed everything quickly and gave us some advice on how to avoid any issues in the future. So far i'm super happy with our experience with Reliance Home Comfort and it is because of their front line staff especially Jason Rowe. My family thanks you Jason from our warm quiet home.

Dan ,from Sudbury installed the water softener and instructed me how to operate it . Very professional and courteous would recommend him highly . Damien and mike fom Northbay installed the water heater ,they were very good and courteous, they went beyond what the job called for. I would highly recommend them. keep up the good work

Technician Ed came out to fix our furnace. Did a great job and taught us a lot re energy consumption and efficiency. We then were connected with Dean Timpany who extensively reviewed our heating/cooling/hot water needs and arranged quick installation of all these appliances. Mark and Robbie did an excellent job of installing furnace and air conditioner and left home clean and tidy after installation. The following day Justin installed our new water heater with exceptional service. Overall all Reliance personnel were polite, informative and conscientious.

We appreciated the help of the Home Comfort Advisor John C. from Reliance as for determining the best option for getting a new furnace. With not having heat over 2 days, we contacting him to make an appointment and within 24 hours we had bought a furnace at a great price. He was kind and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. I would refer Reliance to anyone as they give great customer service.

Had a great experience. Can't wait for my new furnace and central unit to be installed .. Michael Morphy was a great help , he was funny, friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

My wife had called Reliance due to our thermostat showing a different temperature then what is what set for. The service technician Matt M. came over within a few hours and quickly realized it was a minor issue with the furnace. Matt M was very courteous and empathetic and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable again. Great service and I would recommend Reliance anytime. Thanks again Matt!

Very professional service - Jason took the time to explain work required on our furnace - he gave us straight forward information, and also very pleasant and polite. In the end we opted for a new rental furnace
