    Service call

    Brad and Andy did our service call today. Excellent, fast, friendly and efficient. Installation, education on new tank provided. Glad I called they were great! Thanks guys for coming on a Sunday and calling ahead of time.

    Plumbing Protection Plan

    We signed up for the plumbing protection plan over 4 months ago and had some leaking faucets. A service date was set up when I called. Phil our technician came out and fixed not only the leaks we were aware of but a toilet and water heating problem. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was well worth the plan for plumbing in an older home. We are very happy with the entire service.

    Yearly maintain.

    Today Reza came to my house. He checked AC and furnance. He was very friendly and professional. Adter checking he ordered the part that worn out. It is covered. I am very happy with his service. Yonghua

    Furnace, humidifier, A/C servicing

    Ricky (North West Gas Ltd. subcontractor for Reliance) was efficient and thorough in servicing our rental units which we've had for a couple of years. He also made great suggestions for future servicing needs. He also fixed and issue with the damper for the humidifier which no one else had noticed before. We were very happy with the service we received.

    Furnace assessment and purchase of furnace/ AC

    My furnace stopped working suddenly this week. Reliance was able to come out to assess and the service professional contacted a sales representative to provide information and a quote. The representative was informative and efficient without pressuring. I feel that I got a good product and am happy with the rental option! Looking forward to central air this summer!

    Furnace Repair

    I had several technicians visit me over a period of one month. I was told to wait for the 21 day period before my protection plan came into effect. The noise of the furnace at night kept me awake. Finally I could have the motor replaced. Fortunately for me, the service technician had my part in his truck. It would have taken four or five days to obtain it, but the wrong part was sent previously for another client, to my benefit. Thanks to Craig I now have a quiet furnace.

    Replaced furnace, a/c and hot water heater

    We just bought this home and the furnace, etc were not sufficient for the house. We decided to do the rental and the installers were great. They were quick, efficient and did a wonderful job of cleaning up.

    Plumbing

    I am very pleased with Reliance. I had a problem with blocked sink, you plumber Muthoni Grant came and fixed it in a very short time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

    Tech(Robert) # 11910 = 10/10 super !.... company customer service = 1/10

    Hot water tank wasn't working early Friday morning ...called for service, the company said they would be there Sunday afternoon!!... After explaining this wasn't acceptable, they miraculously found an available time on Saturday ... Asked them to change my contact number, they didn't... Robert (technician #11910) called before coming and was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The company gets a 1/10...Robert the technician gets a 10/10.... they need more guys like him... Company better wake up... I have 17 hot water tanks at different properties and will be shopping for an alternative...

    Worst Billing System

    Leased an HVAC from reliance in August last year and got 3 month free on the lease. To this day, they continue to bill me incorrectly, apply credits to fix it, repeat. I need to call them every month to have it sorted. This is one of the worst companies ive had to deal with in terms of billing. For service calls, you are lucky if you get a smart tech otherwise they just have a bunch of 3rd party contractors who are not the most professional folks Ive come across.
