    Furnace & AC Replacement

    My Furnace died and needed to be replaced. Reliance sent Lina, a very knowledgeable sales woman. She knows furnaces! And was extremely pleasant and professional. She explained the differences between the older furnaces and the newer more efficient ones and even took pics of the duct work/access to help the installers. The installers were terrific. Very clean, and thorough. I ended up replacing my AC as well and they had no problem moving it to the side of my house. I would HIGHLY recommend Reliance & their installers. Great Job !

    Water heater replacement and plumbing work (pipe replace)

    First Chris showed up to determine the damage as we had a pipe burst. He was very polite and respectful and explained that the water heater would need to be replaced and the pipes were damaged too. Since this was not his expertise as he was not a plumber he called someone who was able to come immediately. Phil came and replaced the pipes and fixed what was a very troublesome problem and explained the entire process. Chris removed old heater while Phil change all pipes leading into it. They were efficient and through and I was so impressed with both Chris and Phil's level of professionalism and willingness to help immediately as this was very stressful for us. Thank you

    Water Heater

    Brad #4249 came to our house and found the problem with the heater in a manner of minutes. He was very good at his job and was very friendly. Upon leaving he shook my hand and said have a nice day. Hats off to Brad!!! Exceptional work and hope to see him another day. Thank-you with your promptness to fix my problem. Tom

    Worst Experience Ever

    I changed my rental hot water tank from electric to gas. The contracted installer was competent and friendly. Tank worked for 2 days and then stopped. I've been without hot water for 5 days now and 3 Reliance technicians have come by with zero results. First technician came and concluded that the tank needed to be replaced. The second technician showed up with the wrong tank. His take was that only a part needed to be replaced. He scheduled a third technician. The third technician showed up without a clue as to what the issue was let alone the type of tank and what the issue was. He did not have the part with him. I've taken several days off work and am still without hot water. Apparently a new tank is being installed tomorrow. I was told that the window of time was between 4 and 8pm. It's fine for the customer to be constantly inconvenienced. How about reliance adjust to my schedule this once! So frustrated.

    Tank less install

    Just had Chris and Andrew from reliance installed tankless hot water system..quickly,efficiently,and also answered any questions I had relating to it and completely off topic questions as well. Great service highly recommend.

    Salesperson Bill Wright

    During our annual boiler maintenance we got tagged to replace our old system within 49 days. We called Reliance for a quote and Bill came to give us an estimate. He was very pleasant and professional, gave us all our options, talked to us about incentives and rebates we qualify for and overall put our minds at ease that our job would be handled quickly.

    furnace and ac rental

    i met with John sageloly today from Reliance he set me up for a new furnace and ac I couldn't be much happier this man did a wonderful job in explaining the work and cost and monies that will be saved in the long run on puc and so forth he did!

    Furnace

    Had no heat , furnace died. Reliance was quick to send a representative and he explained all that we needed to know about a rental. The gentleman was very curteous and answered all of our questions in a professional nature. The workers were very quick and professional also. Would recommend the company very highly. Thank you

    New Furnace - Rental

    The furnace went in my mom's house and I called Reliance and met with John in Sault Ste. Marie. He explained everything to me clearly and answered any questions that I had. The previous furnace had been looked at by Reliance and they had to shut it down right away as it was a danger because of a crack. John went above and beyond to get the furnace installed as quickly as possible as it is quite cold here. I will be having it installed tomorrow and am quite happy with everything so far. John also pointed out to me the benefits of renting which I did do. Thank you John

    Tank inspection

    James from Reliance in Sudbury came to check out my tank because we had some colouring in our hot water. He was fantastic. Very respectful and professional. He explained what was wrong and made a follow up appointment to have the tank replaced that afternoon. He also let me know about the options for protection plans for my furnace and a/c unit. He was in and out and didn't drag his feet, so to speak. Thanks for the great service James!
