Extremely satisfied and very impressed with the knowledge and the customer service skills of our technician. Everything was explained in great detail in a way that I could understand. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

David was on time and did the job thoroughly and with good humour. Gave some good instruction on the workings of furnace. I was left feeling satisfied with the work.

Had a great experience choosing a new furnace and having the purchase options explained to me thoroughly. Mike Morphy took time to explain the features of the new equipment and I am very satisfied with my purchase. No buyers regret here. Installation guys did a great, neat job. I am completely angry with Reliance. It is the middle of January and I come home to my furnace not working. I have 4 kids living in the house and they tell me it's going to be 24hrs before a technician can come out. This is our only heat source! For a well recommended company I am disappointed that a customer must wait over 24hrs to get heat back in in their house.

The service tech (Joe- RNK2803) has visited my home 2 years in a row to do the annual furnace maintenance for my family. Both years Joe has been friendly and informative. He is professional and has great customer service skills. Its people like Joe who make the company successful. Thanks Joe

Called last Thur.to get a sales rep. out to give us a quote on a furnace purchase and install. The rep came within 24 hrs. and was extremely friendly and very informative. We had previously had someone else in ,however decided to use the rep from Reliance. We purchased the system we wanted and had the unit installed as quick as the next day. The install was very professionally done and we are very happy with the entire process. We would readily recommend this company

salesman(bill) explained everything very well,knew his product,was easy to communicate with....installers(daniel and chris) were very good at their job,also communicated and explained how to run the furnace...am very pleased with the service

Called in the morning when we realized our furnace wasn't working, Technician was here within an hour and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed. Experienced and fast worker, great job!

Renewed my Furnace, AC and Hot water. Chose to rent with the option to buy out later. Installers we awesome and the install was neat and tidy. Sales Rep, Liz Norton was great to deal with and laid out all options and rebates. Very happy with the equipment and exceeds my expectations.
