    Furnace and AC

    Recently had an furnace issue called our old company, we got the we need a new furnace sale pressure pitch and up-sell. Long story short, called other companies and Reliance had an excellent sales rep Chris N. Chris took the time to go over options, no pressure tactics and had the tech team come out the next day for install. I was extremely happy. Chris N still follows up with us. We are very glad we went with Reliance, especially dealing with Chris N. The installers were also very fast, they knew exactly what was required and made no bones about what we needed and what we did not need. Mike B and his guys were amazing, I would recommend them to anyone. Mike also took the time to go over everything and how it all worked. Very Happy customer

    Terrible company

    It is very important to mention here that I got signed up with Reliance home comfort in the first place through a cold call from them to my phone promising me that my furnace and parts and labour will be protected if I sign up for this protection plan. Josh shows up one and half years after I sign up for the plan to tell me that my furnace will not be protected because it is over 20 years old. But I had mentioned it to the sales girl over phone - why would she sign me up and charge me $24.95 a month for one and half years for someone to tell me that I would not qualify ??? Josh comes in and he did a good job - I was happy with his demeanor and I was happy that he was upfront and told me the truth after which I promptly cancelled my protection plan. He told me that in return for receiving a quote from reliance for furnace he would give me a free water rental for a quarter. A month later I get a bill for water rental from Reliance and when I enquired about it with customer care, she says there are no records of any such promises given by technician. And it is for this reason that I will NOT buy my furnace from Reliance and I will not recommend this to anyone either !!!

    Furnace, AC, Humidifier replacement

    Mike M. and Rob D. were here on time, friendly, finished the job quickly and efficiently and left the house much like they found. Made sure I knew what was going on with the equipment and how to use it before they left.

    repair furnace

    While I was away for work. I heard from my housesitter that the house was getting cold. I was able to call Reliance and book service before I even got home. The tech was unable to attend for that evening as planned but did call and let me know before the end of repair window. A tech arrived the next morning and fixed the furnace very quickly and efficiently. Repaired by Adam W. Covered by warranty,

    furnace and air conditioning

    We found the representative Dean Timpany very knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions and concerns. So far we have always been very pleased with the service from Reliance and hope that this will continue with our new furnace and air conditioner.

    Replacement furnace, air conditioner and humidifier

    From my first phone call 4 days ago when I realized my furnace was not working. I called the service center to be greeted by a very helpful lady. Time was 3:50 pm, there was a serviceman at my door at 5:10 that same evening. He deemed the 13 year old furnace to be unsafe as the heat exchanger had a crack in it. An advisor was here the next afternoon, cutting into his weekend time with his family. Extremely polite,knowledgeable about the product and giving me options about what I could do. At 8:00 am Monday morning, two installers arrived with a new furnace, a/c and humidifier. By 1:30 , the heat was back on, all programs were explained and manuals left for me to read over just to confirm the instructions. Thank you to the team at Reliance!

    Hot water tank

    House had no hot water today, noticed some lights on the tank. Called reliance and had a technician scheduled to come within 3 hours. Wes came by and right away noticed that the issue was the valve not opening and closing. He informed me it would take 30-40 mins for the water to heat up. Thank you for the quick response and for fixing the issue for us right away!

    Service for water heater

    Discovered issues with hot water pressure (or lack of pressure) yesterday morning. Called Reliance yesterday evening and they had someone come the next day. The technician (Reza) fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes. Excellent service.

    furnace repair-paid for filter thru billing

    Tim Terpstra did the job in an efficient manner. We were pleased with the explanation of problems and very happy with the results . Furnace working properly and job done in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to help us fix the filter problem when we couldn't find the right size that we needed. Job well done.

    Repaired water Heater

    Luke warm water repair fixed the problem taking 15 minutes. Excellent service. Replaced internal thermostat that distributes the hot water when called for. Thermostat sticking and allowing cold water to be distributed in place of hot water. Lots of hot water now. Thanks Reliance and the Insurance Plan H. Vollett
