    hot water installation

    The individual installed the hot water in a timely fashion. He was friendly and answered any questions we asked. He called prior to visit to ensure we were home. The service was quick and reliable. We received excellent service and would recommend Brad #4249 to everyone. Excited to say, we have hot water again! Thanks Brad!

    furnace and central air installed

    We recently had a new furnace and central air unit installed. The salesman, Glenn Bersuk was very friendly and informative. He answered all of our questions and was quick to respond with our many inquiries via text and email. He helped pick the right products and services our family needed. The installation was set up and performed quickly and professionally. The installers, Mike and Stephane were very friendly, knowledgable and thorough. They made an unpleasant event (having a furnace break down in the middle of winter) quite simple and easy. I'd recommend the services of these three employees to anyone who may need them.

    Furnace replaced

    Mirza and his team mate did an excellent job replacing our furnace. They were very clean and corteous from the start and informative during and after the job was done. We highly recommend their services.

    New HVAC System

    In late 2015 we decided to have a new HVAC system installed. I contacted your company late afternoon on a weekday afternoon and the following day your salesman Sam came to our home and he answered all of our questions. Your install team was amazing and did a great job. Thanks Reliance!

    water tank repair

    John Savage from Reliance arrived on time , diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly and efficiently. His DAA is 1485. He was able to empty the tank, remove the broken valve and install a new one with little fuss or mess. You are luckey to have employees in the field of his ability.

    Replacement of furnace and A/C

    In response to our call re a malfunctioning thermostat a technician came and noted that we were entitled to a new system under our rental agreement. A sales person was called and we had a new one within 5 days. The 2 technicians who did the work were very hard workers, very pleasant and thorough, and cleaned up the area completely.

    Water Heater Replacement

    I had DCB MNGR, Vimal Patel came to my house to replace my water heater and he did a very good job and I am very happy with the job, he did and put the water heater when I asked him too, he also was on time for the appt and also called to say he was on the way... I am very pleased with reliance

    Wheres my rebate??????

    Sold the deal, furnace and A/C, great. Rebate indicated at $850.00. Work completed and details entered by Reliance for rebate, after numerous emails finally got the details to process on line. Entered requirements and was given error message stating The claim has been declined for the following reason 25R: The Furnace Model Number is different from the one indicated on the proof of purchase submitted. Please contact your contractor to have the issue rectified. Repeated email requests have resulted in no corrective actions. Please resolve.
