After initial contact my service call happened the following day. Your representative Mr. Hackett was very attentive and thorough. In additional to replacing the broken part he tweaked the furnace speeds which made it quieter. He gave good advice regarding humidifiers and filters.

The salesman (Mike) was very thorough in explaining everything He answered my many questions He came a number of times to my home until I decided on the furnace of my choice The installers (Andy & Mitch) were equally thorough and explained everything to me

I had no hot water for a day. Technician came and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Steve answered my questions after he fixed the problem and took the time to show me a few tips on the pilot light.

When you have employees that work on their days off to get your new furnace in when it's 19 below you have a strangle hold on your competitors your installer is a great guy who if you lost him would be a great loss if the new equipment works like your installers I'll never have a problem

Exceptional service from Grayson G at Reliance. Fixed hot water tank and was able to other diagnose some potential issues that might occur in the future. Would highly recommend their service.

Everyone that we dealt with was extremely professional beginning with our assessment and equipment recommendation from our advisor Amy and the actual installation by Dan and Bill S. The work area and path to was put back into the original condition once all work was completed. Upon completion, we were shown how the furnace, air conditioner and thermostat works and any questions that we had were answered in a matter that was easy to understand. So far so good and we would definitely recommend Reliance to anyone.

James L.(DAA2881) from Reliance in Sudbury repaired a shorted wire in the furnace compartment. James was very polite and helped me with a venting issue in one of my kids room, he pointed me in the right direction, now my daughters room is a lot warmer. We have protection coverage and was here in about 6 hrs.

Furnace was decades old and probably costing us more on utilities than we should of probably been paying. Reliance sales person came and showed us many options after a thorough inspection and installers were here the very next day. Everything has gone smoothly and we have peace of mind knowing we are saving dollars and we have a high efficient furnace in place.

my guy brad #4249 was theee most pleasant service person I have ever had the pleasure of watching him install a new water heater...in the stormy 6 feet of snow he worked his heart out ....while conversing with me and answering all my questions...he truly was the best man on the job I have EVER encountered...I am very pleased with reliance
