We were very pleased with the service we received from Al (CBA 0034) He repaired all four toilets in our house. He was very efficient and took great care while he was in our home.

New heating system installed and the crew did a great job. Kept us in the loop the whole time neat and tidy. Thanks to Dan B, Dan S, and Lance.

Today we had a service tech named Brad (#4249) come to our house to replace the exhaust pipe on our hot water tank. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and kind. He worked in a timely fashion, was incredibly knowledgable and informative. As a Human Resources professional, an employee as competent, and professional as Brad should be looked at as the "Gold Standard", and should teach all future technicians the importance of customer service and how to execute it.

overall a decent experience. Salesman was experienced and knowledgeable. install was scheduled about 2.5 weeks out. Was installed on said date. The installers did an Ok job. Left a mess inside and outside the house which i had to clean up. They also somehow managed to scratch our dryer. Mentioned it to the salesman and he said he would forward the issue to management. Had to have 2 reliance techs come in afterwards as the hot water was not being provided consistently. Finally issue is resolved and am happy with the product.

I had my air conditioner system suddenly go out and had to have a new one installed. Because my furnace was over 20 years old and not working too well we decided to have them both changed. Our Sales Rep, Jody Learn was very helpful in advising us to the best system for our home and the best finance plan to go with. Service was prompt and the installers were quite business like and tidy. Jody contacted us to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction and followed up again after to be certain we had no problems. I would not hesitate o recommend Reliance Home to my family and friends.

Our water heater was leaking in basement. Appointment was done for that same morning in a 4 hour block. Jordan c., the Water Heater Installer, was prompt, polite and efficient.

I had a new furnace installed recently and was very impressed with the work performed. My initial contact started with Dustin Sydor who recommended the model and manufacturer and the rebates that were currently available. He scheduled the installation date on our preferred date. Amir and Adam arrived on the appointed time (they were about 10 minutes late because of the inclement weather). Both were extremely courteous and performed the installation professionally and promptly. The high efficiency furnace required running the vents to the outside of the house which had to run through the garage. They discussed the various options and recommended the the best approach. They worked the whole day without taking a break and cleaned up the furnace room and the debris from the concrete blocks that were drilled. I would recommend their services without hesitation.

Arrived home after being away for a couple days over the holidays to find home furnace not working. The house was registering at 8 degrees. We called Reliance around 4:00 pm, they said someone could attend our call the next day between 1-6 pm which we thought was very reasonable. Instead, we received a call back at 4:30 pm to say they had a technician who would be heading home and could be in Guelph in 30 minutes. The technician arrived around 5:30, diagnosed the thermostat was the issue, replaced it quickly and the furnace was up and running again by 6:20pm. Adam Walker was the technician. He was very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and quick. We really appreciate Reliance's terrific customer services. Thank you. Claudia

Furnace started to malfunction last night. Booked service thru 1 866 735 4262. appointment was set up for next morning. Service repair tech showed up as planned (although 1 hour early due to misunderstanding of scheduling department). Service was done promptly and professionally. Would recommend. Thx

The team at Reliance came to our home within 3 hours of requesting a service call on an extremely cold day of -22. My family woke up to the house only being 15 degrees as the furnace had stopped working during the night. They were able to get the furnace running enough to get us through the day and night. The next day they came and installed a new furnace. The team was great from start to finish and I would highly recommend their services.
