    Basement Flooding

    Basement flooded friday afternoon. Booked them to come friday night. They messed up and booked for saturday. A man came saturday ill-equipped to fix problem. Said he'd be back with an Ocean's contractor. Never came back. Called Reliance back, they said nothing will come until monday. I spent new years eve with my family withba basement full of sewer water. Reliance is garbage i've cancelled all services with them.

    Hot water supply

    Jerry is a very efficient technician. In the middle of the night my hot water stopped working and he responded very quickly the next day. He came on time and fixed my hot water early in the morning. I am very satisfied with the service.

    Hot water tank

    Have had lots of trouble with this hot water tank. Had numerous service technician . But, on Dec 31 we got a great guy to fix it. Mike Van Amerongen! He was courteous , introduced himself and was so helpful. He explained what was going on, and what he was doing to fix it. What a great guy. Hopefully if we need a tech again we will get Mike Van Amerongen! Definetly a 10/10 for Mike!

    Furnace Installed

    Our furnace quit working and Dean from Reliance was at our house immediately to help get us a new furnace. From the initial call to the installation, every employee was polite and professional. We are thrilled with our new furnace. Amazing service from an amazing company.

    Excellent Service Experience

    After a less than ideal experience with an unhelpful and arrogant serviceman to service our furnace, we had a great experience with Bill P, a Trusted Advisor out of Hamilton/Burlington location. Bill was courteous, helpful and professional. Went above and beyond with his recommendations. I wish all interactions with Reliance could be like this. M

    Furnace & Air Conditioner Installation

    I had the pleasure of meeting Terry Warren after my furnace was red tagged during a routine inspection on Dec. 28th. Terry explained all my options and was even able to schedule the installation for the next day. The two technicians, Mike M. & Dan N. were very polite and explained everything they would be doing. They even put down a mat on my basement stairs to contain the snow they may track in. Dan ensured I understood my new fancy thermostat and even changed it to Fahrenheit for me (thanks boys for understanding, I am old school LOL). Considering I had the terrible news of having to replace my furnace 3 days after Christmas these 3 gentlemen made this a very pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to recommend the company. Thank you

    Water heater replacement, adding a new water softener, and replacement of the humidifier

    Call for an appoint for a quote for replacing our water heater, getting a water softener and replacing the humidifier. We also want to check if our furnace required to be replaced. Jamie arrived on time and was very professional and explain all the work that was needed to be done. We decided to add a water softener, replacing our humidifier, getting the air ducts cleaned, and replacing our water heater. All the work was done very professional and efficiently. I recommend the company to every one.

    Furnace

    I've had issues with my furnace stopping over the past 21/2 to 3 years and its only 6 1/2 years old. I had a technician named Grant W. from North Bay. He was friendly and professional. First technician that ever came in and actually had tools. He actually spent time to listen and investigate the furnace and was able to pinpoint the problem and fix it. FINALLY! Thank you so much Grant.

    Yearly maintenance

    Jason came to conduct my yearly maintenance on my furnace and attached humidifier. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeble and effient. I Have had good service from Reliance from the start.

    Thank you rickey - Furnace fixed and all are happy

    thank you Ricky - Northwest gas LTD for the great service as an authorized contractor of Reliance home Comfort! I called the hotline at 3:00pm as i have a contract with them, they showed up next day @ 10:15pm as they were fully booked for the same day ... though i wish they have could made it same day, but anyhow i called late and its not a 24/7 service. Ricky came in checked the system top to bottom, and he spotted the issue in 1 sec, it was the ignition, he replace and done a quick clean, switch on, and all is working great. job took around 30 minutes with part replacement and waiting to make sure its working properly. I'm so happy with the service Ricky did.
