The fan in our Fireplace stopped working and it is the sole heating device and we have a Protection Plan on the device.Ian B attended our house after we received a new fan from the Postal Service.What a fantastic job; he completed this repair quickly and thoroughly.Also showed me for the first time ever, just exactly how this fireplace works and areas that the heat came out .as well as areas I should examine from time to time.The next time we ever have a problem,I will ask for this Serviceman!!He also tested for carbon monoxide for the first time ever.We do have a carbon monoxide alarm system near the fireplace and in our basement which contains a gas water heater as well as a gas dryer.A VERY satisfied customer G.Dennis Robertson

Reliance Home Comfort is very very bad company. After many years with them, I was planning to change to tankless water heater and they charged me over $500 for being loyal customer. After all that, they keep taking money from my account even after i closed the account with them and i found out 2 months later and called them to refund the money. The supervisor was saying, sorry i was automated payment the account department didn't know about it. How bad they were handling the client credit card information after closed the account. Please don't bother dealing with this company. Very, very bad management and service.

They installed a new furnace and air conditioner. They checked everything to ensure it was working properly and cleaned up nicely before they left. They walked me through everything to make sure I understood how it worked. Great service and got the job done quickly!

Mr. Sahil Sharif is good service person from Reliance, he came to my house on Wednesday evening and spent 1 hour to fix my water heater problem, we did not have heat and hot water for 4 days, he corrected problems and we can started turning on heat and hot water again, thanks for his great service

Azad was great, he performed a great service explaining what he was doing and why it needed to be done. The service was quick and easy and we have no complaints.

Water heater tank leaked after 20 years (was in the home when we bought it), previous company wasn't proactive in replacing the tank and the service tech who came, came in and said yes you need a new tank. So wasn't thrilled considering we were still paying for the rental. Looked at Homestars a year ago and called Reliance. Had a previous quote from Lina last year for a tankless but during the installation appointment they realized that they couldn't easily install the venting so suggested we wait until the tank failed. So we called Reliance after the tank failed, Lina got us an appointment for the Sunday, Ottavio and Austyn came in and within 2 hours replaced the tank, got the details to return the tank to Enercare, cleaned up and we had hot water again. Honestly the experience was so good, hope this carries through our entire ownership of this water heater. (The price I put is the total cost over the life of the contract.)

Hotwater tank needed to be replaced - Brad & Steve were efficient-courteous-on time - and, professional. They left no mess - everything has worked great since they did the replacement - Good Job!!

Contacted Reliance Home Comfort regarding my Furnace. On the coldest day of the year, Anthony and Rob attended and got us going with Heat. Their Customer Service was excellent and completed the repair in a timely fashion.

Our water started leaking today. Ken hill the service tech came out and replaced it in an hour. He also helped us with our leaking fridge. He was very friendly and professional.

Very pleased with the service, Reza came to my house on time and did a maintenance check on my furnace he was really professional. he took his time to explain everything. Thank you
