    Furnace Repair Reliance Home Comfort

    Furnace cleaning/part replacement

    The cost of the part/repair of the furnace was $765. We have the whole service protection plan so it cost us nothing. Thanks for the professional and quick service Joe - RNK2803 our service technician. We have now upgraded to the trio protection heat/cooling/plumbing protect. It is a small fee to pay for peace of mind. I would recommend these protection.

    Furnace inspection/repair

    Called them out as we already rent a water heater from them. Service was good, quick, and professional. The furnace was beyond repair and they were professional in setting up a sales visit to present me with options for a new furnace.

    Furnace; Humidifier;Tankless.

    My Furnace broke last Thursday. I contacted "Reliance" main costumer support line and in 1/2 Hr. technician was at my place.He inspected the furnace and discussed with me all options for repair/replacement . In another 45 Min. "Reliance" sales person was at my place. Next morning I got a new Energy Efficient furnace and new tankless. The work was performed by Sep from "Protect Air". The job was done very professionally with explanations and opportunity to f/u if I will need any future help. I would recommend this service!

    Furnace Malfunction

    My 4 yr old Lenox furnace quit working Dec 12/16. It was -20C in Edmonton and the house cooling off fast. I called Reliance. The initial response from customer service was very poor - "we may be able to come tomorrow..". I called back and raised the level of urgency. A service tech, Aron, showed up a couple hours later. Aron was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem within minutes, replaced a defective part and my furnace was back in business. a very good employee!

    Navien furnace (sensor)

    John P, employee #2318 came to my house several weeks ago As I had been experiencing no heat with my Navien furnace. He was extremely professional knowledgable and very helpful. Amazing technician and great customer service

    New furnace and AC

    Our simple call for winter maintenance found our furnace being condemned due to a cracked heat exchanger. Our beloved 30 year old furnace had to go but it sure picked a bad time - it's freezing out there! I have health issues and can't get cold. The service man called his office and had an advisor (Alicia) out to our house by 8pm. She had a new furnace and AC unit at our home by 9:30 the following morning delivered by Ryan and Aaron. I'm typing this review at 1:30pm only 20 hours after our furnace was condemned and we have heat!!! Ryan and Aaron even laid out the red carpet to take away our poor old furnace and bring in the new one! Those two guys were prompt, courteous, kind to our rude little dog, efficient and very knowledgeable and we could be happier. We will definitely be recommending Reliance over and over again.

    Furnace

    Wow, you have to be very satisfied when everything from the initial online query to the installation goes perfectly smooth. Laura Maikle, Reliance's sales rep, was punctual, professional, explained options, answered all my questions, never pressured or hurried me, offered to work with my choice of propane company and got things done quickly and on schedule. She also never complained about my jokes. Big bonus there. The installers were great too. They showed up when promised and had the old furnace out and the new furnace installed with amazing speed. The job was done neatly and everything I need to know was explained. Budget Propane arrived early and had the tanks installed quickly. Everyone was a pleasure to have do this job and I have only good things to say about the whole experience.

    Ricky was Awesome!

    Ricky came to our place in Milton and fixed our water tank issue in about 5 minutes. Was super professional and nice, went way faster than expected and I would highly recommend.

    Installation of Furnace, Humidifier and Hot Water Tank

    Reliance did an excellent job, installing my new HE furnace, humidifier and hot water tank. They arrived right on time, as agreed, and went to work right away. The 2 techs, Jaimie and Dustin, who did the job were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They made sure not to leave any marks on the floor, and left my furnace room clean and free of any waste or dirt after the installation. Before leaving, Jaimie left his phone number so that I could call him anytime if I had any questions regarding my new equipment. The salesman, Jordan, was also very professional, polite and courteous. He had all the answers to my questions. Well done! I would surely recommend them to my friends.
