Called at 10 am and was told they could have someone there between then and 2 pm. Ten minutes later received a call they were on the way. Upon arrival tech determined tank needed replacement. Job completed by 2pm. Very impressed by service

Your representative REZA came and was very professional and polite. I am just waiting on a call back from him. I had a new water heater installed November 23 and it is leaking

installation was done by Energy One. Installers were Chris & Cordell. They were friendly, did their job efficiently, put down runners on the carpeting and left no mess. Cordell went thru all the controls for the furnace. Would highly recomend this company. Jerry utter

Thank you Reliance and staff members who changed my family's furnace and thermostat. We quite enjoy the new technology of the new thermostat as well as the look. However, overall we enjoy having a brand new functioning furnace to keep our home warm for the winter! We also now have air conditioning and are excited for the summer to use it. Bob came to our house today and worked very hard and took care of the plumbing difficulties we were having. He was efficient and effective the whole time he was there. His pleasant attitude will make it easy for us to call the "reliance home comfort" plan again. Thank you Dan and Jan

Air King System were the contractors sent out to install my AC, humidifier and furnace. The guys were great as they came just after 8 am and helped me move all my clutter from my basement and backyard. They were polite and worked efficiently as they completed the work before 3 pm.

Our furnace broke and we got a new one in 2 days. The guy who did it was great. His name was Najib and the sales guy was Joel. Thank u for the service

My hot water heater was leaking. Went online, created an account very easily. Online booking could not have been any simpler. Service person Gavin showed up perfectly on time in a 4 hour window (Rogers and bell could learn a thing from these guys). Completed service and answered a number of my dumb questions about the tank. Excellent service! Thanks guys!

Phil, our plumber was phenomenal! I don't even know where to start the compliments. First, my youngest is autistic and does not open up well to strangers in the home, when Phil walked in, he was friendly and had a warm smile. My son actually greeted him back with a smile. This does not happen often. As we walked through the home, showing Phil the issues, he was informative and honest. He fixed all our issues in a timely manner and answered any questions I had. While we discussed the fixed issues, my son was trying to get Phil to play cars with him, Phil even took the time to pass the cars back and forth while we continued to talk. These were just some of the positive feedback. To put it simply, Phil is an ideal candidate on how perfect customer service should be! From his work to his customer service, there was not one negative moment. So thank you for the outstanding service, and I will be sure to request for Phil each and every time.
