Scott B. is quick efficient and a clean worker. He immediately understood and explained the problem and the cost. He went right to work and definitely went the extra mile for me. i will request him next time.

My hot water tank needed to be replaced due to corrosion, John Savage the Reliance technician did a great job...very conscientious about keeping the floors clean while he took out old tank. Job was neat and clean, he was very informative and helpful in addition. Great service from John.

I got furnace maintenance and water heater fault service scheduled 4 times but no body showed up. 3rd time got the service for water heater but not for furnace. After 3 appointments when tech did not showed up I made complaint to Reliance Resolution department. They told me tech did call me but I did not reply to tech that is why tech did not come. That was not true because during all 3 scheduled appointments I was waiting for tech at home. If tech called me he could have left message for me, I did not receive any call, for confirmation I can provide phone company call record for my phone number. Anyhow Reliance resolution department offered me 2 months compensation in my monthly service fee(44.00$) which I accepted and they also rescheduled appointment for Dec 10th 2016. On Dec 9th 2016 I called Reliance Customer service and ask to mention in my record for tech who is coming for maintenance service on Dec 10th do not call me just come I will be waiting at home. I also informed customer service that if tech did not show up this time then I will cancel my service with Reliance and Reliance will be responsible for this. Reliance Customer service ensured me tech will come in time and will not call, will just come to my home for service. I also have appointment reminder emails sent by Reliance System for Dec 10th 2016. On Dec 10th when appointment scheduled window time expired 7 to 11:00 I called Reliance Customer service at about 12:00PM, I was shocked by listening that reliance don not do the maintenance So there is no appointment scheduled for me today. appointments on weekends in Dec in Winnipeg area, I told customer service that I talked with customer service yesterday on Dec 9th and she can see the notes on my file, she confirmed I called and I was confirmed about this appointment by email as well as by Customer Service when I called. We had Bruce McDonald come by to give us a furnace estimate. Everything went smoothly and he was very helpful. Chris and Andrew came by the next week to install the furnace. Again, the installation went smoothly and it was quicker than we expected. Our only issue was the courtesy call we received the day before the installation said it would be an afternoon install and they'd call beforehand. The next day at 9:00 a.m. the installers showed up. They're lucky we were home and ready for the installation.

Was quick and easy. Prompt and hard working professional service. Were in and out in less than 8 hours from start to finish with little to no disruption. Very friendly and courteous

Old rental water tank with reliance after 16 year started to leak called reliance repair advised someone would come out the next day stayed home told needed replacement change out next day stayed home replaced and then unit not suppling enough hot water called to mention issue told some one would be out the day after stayed home that day had to call and complain that no one came as scheduled finally nice man Ryan Schremf came at 6 pm that night repaired unit I was very pleased with his work a asset to your company thanks Ryan.

Great efficient job.. 48 hours from order to complete install.Thank you for the great work. My family now has piece of mind for upcoming cold months ahead and the hot summer days that seem so far away.

Robert was very helpful, he explained very well different things, did a good job & had a very nice personality. He also explained to my husband the fireplace, how to clean it.

As I call them , they were in my house the day after .and the company was reliance thank you for a fast response and they sent two professional, their names were mostafa and kasra. they were very kind and friendly, I was very happy with their service.
