    Furnace replacement

    The representatives from Reliance delivered superior customer service. Both gentlemen were professional and patience in delivering the product from the marketing, replacement and follow up stages. I would not hesitate to recommend Reliance to anyone. We can rely on Reliance. Keep up the good work.

    hot water tank replaced

    Yesterday we had technician Jason Mitruk come replace our hot water tank. We just bought a new home and we were stuck with a tank from another company that was unsafe for use and when we shopped around Reliance definitely offered the best plans and service. Our technician was professional, friendly and was able to answer all of our questions without hesitation. We really appreciated his prompt service and we look forward to using Reliance!

    Minor gas leak; replace valve

    I have the full service package on the advice of a friend who is also a contractor. My furnace is ten years old. I pinch pennies all the time but this is one service that you do not want to nickel and dime on. This same friend noticed a whiff of gas coming from a valve in the basement. Union Gas was out within 2 hours. They turned it over to Reliance. "Paul" showed up at 8PM, within an hour of the range of time (7-11) and was friendly and courteous. He had the problem (a defective valve) identified immediately and arrived EARLY today to fix it. A small thing: he put booties over his shoes so my floors did not get dirty. Pleasant, efficient, and considerate.

    Furnace Repair

    Dave O. #1685 was fantastic. He figured out the furnace operational problem quickly and explained the issue to me logically and sensibly. He was a wealth of information and patient with all of my questions and queries. Dave was polite, professional, very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He fixed our broken furnace quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend him.

    installation of the furnance and AC

    I have rental Property and the heat exchanger stopped working. I decided to install a brand new furnace and rent from Reliance. The gentleman that came to the site his name was Jody learn. He was very thorough on explaining the process that needed to take place, prices and told me he would have someone come in on Wed the latest. He phoned me on Sunday night to notify me that they can come in Monday instead of Wed. I was thrilled and happy with the Job! Thank you, Helen Toniolo

    Leaky hot water heater rental

    Hot water heater leaked in basement (<1month after another Reliance technician came and repaired it). The technician who came the second time and ultimately replaced the water heater was friendly, informative, and worked efficiently. He also detected a potential leak in furnace vent and repaired it while waiting for someone to come help him move water heater out of basement. Replacement service was good but would have appreciated someone coming sooner (waited over a day for appointment).

    Hot water tank

    I had Brad.. team # 4249.. install a new rental hot water tank in my home on Dec 1/16 and i was extremely please with his work ethic and politeness. He was very knowledgable and tidy..the workmanship is very clean and tidy! I had to wait a week because the first appointment was cancelled for a reason i cannot remember and they were suppose to be here between 1 - 5pm and finally about 4:15pm Brad called and said he would be there in 10 to 15 minutes. So after waiting a week and almost the entire 4hrs i did not know what to expect but from the time Brad show up and finished about 6:30 that evening i was very impressed especially after i realized he is the only installer in the Sault! He went above and beyond to install our water heater, well pass the time when he should have been home with his family, to meet the needs of my family!!! Kudos to you Brad and job well done!! Thank you!

    install of new AC and furnace

    I was very pleased with the install of a new AC/furnace in my rental home just recently. The service was absolutely seamless from beginning to end. Your employee Jeff Baldwin provided all the information I needed, communicated and organized the install with tenants, arranged for the repair of an unexpected problem with a venting pipe, basically went over and above the call of duty to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks Jeff!

    service on hot water tank

    very frustrating time with calls to reliance. was told someone would call in early the next day, no one called. Cld reliance 3 more times,was told technician would call us. waited 2 days and finally was told someone would come on the second day between 1 and 5 pm. after staying home to wait all that time not knowing the technician in our location wasn't working for reliance anymore. Very confusing. Finally at 5 pm got a call from John Savage DAA1485 who was in North Bay at the time. He was very nice and informative. Appreciated him coming over so late.

    Service was Fantastic....Finally a Reliance Employee

    We had to have our Hot Water Tank rental replaced today and usually we have to have a contractor come and do the work. Today we were met by the Reliance Employee Brad #4249. He was so pleasant and efficient. Brad is an excellent worker and it would be nice to see more Reliance Employee's and an actual Store Front in Sault Ste. Marie. It is about time that Reliance has there own workers do there own work instead of contracting everything out. I feel like a second class citizen to those that are in Southern Ontario when we do not get someone from Reliance that comes to our home to fix issues with the products that we purchase or rent from Reliance. Thank you Brad for a great experience and awesome service. A pleasure all around.
