    Blocked kitchen sink

    Dan came and fixed my drain! Living without a kitchen drain for the weekend with a family of six is torture! He was friendly and was really good with my dog. He came to unblocked my drain but also let me know that my pea trap was broken so he drove to the hardware store for a new part. Love the service we recieved! We have the protection plan so we didn't have to pay, the plan is so worth it!

    Furnace install to improve heating cooling

    Upgraded furnace to heat and cool house better. Install was great and they detected and fixed gas leak I did not know I had. Nothing better than keeping the house and nearby houses safety - exemplary work gentlemen! Very excited to have house properly heated and cooled. Thank you Mike M and Rob D

    Furnace and AC installation

    Daniel and Lance did an excellent job on the installation. Professional, efficient, courteous. They were quick and thorough and still took the time to fully explain everything to me. Couldn't ask for anything better

    Furnace, Air Conditioner

    Today Ryan and Aaron installed our new furnace. They were professional, polite and worked quickly. They explained the system thoroughly and left the work area clean. I would recommend Reliance and especially Ryan and Aaron.

    Annual furnace servicing

    Mixed results: Signed on with Reliance for an annual heating protection plan. Getting an initial service call was a real headache. First there was a mix-up on the scheduled day. After re-scheduling, I got a call from the service guy on his way on the originally scheduled day, when I wasn't home. Reliance assured they'd get the subcontractor to call ASAP. Four days later, no word. I called again & insisted on a different sub. These guys were fantastic. On time, communicative and friendly. Philip for the initial visit and Joe for the same-day return to bring & install a special part. So overall, a lower rating for Reliance. Seems communication with and performance of some subs is poor. But top marks for the replacement sub (Northwest) who came through big. I'll know to ask for them in future.

    Furnace checking

    I had made an appointment to have my furnace yearly checkup & the company sent a new technician called Grant w., employee # 4362. He immediately started his work & tested different areas of the furnace. I asked him a few questions about his work & he very politely answered each one. At one point, he examined the filter & noticed that it needed to be changed. He also saw the very poor condition of the plastic frame holding the said filter & offered to order a brand new setup. I was very glad about this service & he called in the order. He also started or turned on the pilot lights for my two fireplaces. This employee showed a lot of consideration for his client & proved to be extremely efficient & helpfull. Thanks to Reliance for hiring this superior kind of employee. Grant W number is DAA 4362.     Installed a Bosch combi boiler/hotwater tank unit

    I was in need of service for my hot water tank so I called Reliance to come and inspect it and fix it. when the service person came to check it out we were told we needed a new hot water, while he was here he inspect our boiler and he informed us that it might be a good idea to maybe consider changing it also because of it age and most parts for are not available anymore, and instead of having it break down in the middle of winter that we should look at getting a new one so he got a sales rep from Reliance to come and speak to us about different options that we have, so the sales rep came by and suggested to us that it probably more economical to go with a combo boiler hot water tank the on demand one there more high efficient, and that we could qualify for energy grant for doing this. so we went for it and now everything is installed and seems to be running well the installer were pretty professional about it, considering it was fairly new to them installing this new brand of boiler, the installer had a problem with the programming of this new unit so they contacted a service tech that came and check it out. we were with out hot water for that day. So I'm hoping to be having a good experience with your company, so that I could be spreading the good word. Thank You

    Furnace repair and maintenance

    How do I make a commendation to a service technician? On Sunday, December 4, 2016, Keith H #5243, Service Call I.D. #BEA8009298, came to service my furnace that was not putting out any heat. It was 8:30 a.m. and my family had a late night and everyone was still in bed. Keith was very respectful and tiptoed around and kept his voice low. Nobody knew he'd been here! He was very friendly and very professional. As he serviced the furnace he took the time to explain everything he was doing and explained the parts of the furnace to me. That's the first time ever that a technician has ever taken the time to do that. While he was here, he even did my furnace maintenance! I was very impressed with Keith. I don't know if you reward exceptional employees for doing a great job but if you do, he definitely is deserving!

    Furnace instal

    Furnace quit on a Friday night. Reliance had a tech at our door on Saturday and discussed the cost to repair and showed the cost/benefit comparison to repair and replacement. Daniel was at our house Sunday morning to go through options. We went with the purchase of a new furnace to be installed on Monday morning. Excellent service.

    Furnace

    I had a problem with the water pump in basement.Called reliance service dept. begging to send technician coz my basement is getting wet,but can't send one ..so I decided to call mr. Patrick Mazda and within 20 minutes he came and fix the problem.Thank you Patrick and job well done. I will recommend him anytime..
