I had a major issue with my heating system and my hot water tank. Dave Employee Number DAA4271 - went well out of his way to help me. He put me in contact with a plumber immediately, gave me his personal cell phone number so i could call when the plumbing was repaired and then got my new hot water tank installed for me immediately after the plumber finished his work. I would just like to say that this man provided exceptional service. He is a Keeper. thank you for hiring such caring employees. Additionally Steve and Brad #4249 came immediately after the plumber was finished repairing my pipe. Dave called workforce and had my hotwater tank replaced immediately. I was very grateful to Steve and Brad - they came right away, were very friendly and reassuring - I have to say I have had wonderful customer service. Thank you.

I have tenants in the home and they were experiencing water coming up through the floor grate when they tried to do laundry. The first plumber came and left and the problem was not fixed. I called to ask about the service and this guy was short and kind of rude. "It was a big plug it pushed through." "It snapped my eel" "I put on the report if this needs to be done again you're gonna be charged". Next day I have a city worker out and he eels to the back of the house and we see water running and think its fixed. Nope! Today Phil the plumber showed up and explained the situation he thought has arisen. The building trap needs to be removed. He was very professional and clear. As well he was very approachable and supportive.

Worst company ever! Tore holes in my brand new leather sofa. Cut two massive holes in my ceiling. Put a massive chunck taken out of my wall then to top it off installed the wrong furnace. Nobody is doing anything for me. I was told these things happen.

I had a emergency situation where my old furnice stopped working. Called reliance and they sent someone in less the 8 hours. We had a new furnice installed within 24 hours. It was great service. Great customer service support. Sales man was professional and knowledgeable. Only thing to look out for was the technicians that installed the actual furnice. They did a very poor job. They were subcontractors. Did not contect things properly and didnt change a few piece that were suppose to be changed. Had to call reliance customer service support again within the first day. Again support was great they sent some asap to fix the technican mistakes.

I purchased a house with a rental tank I thought it was with reliance under a 7 year contract but they purchased the tank and contract from another company and its under a 10 year contract with the rental price being 34.99. That is a ridiculous price to pay for a pv50 gallon tank and when I tried to speak to someone it not only took 2 weeks but the only option is to buy out the contract on a 8 year old tank for more then it is new. Plus after the contract is up they continue billing you so you are basically paying for life I suggest to anyone to pull the tank as soon as the contract is up because there are a lot of other company's doing rentals for cheaper and on a rent to own contract so you own it after the contracts up. And stop trying to sell me a furnace when I call I just want to speak to someone about the current issue, not schedule an appointment for someone to look at my furnace on false promisses of getting a big rebate of $2500 from embridge when I know I cannot receive that much because I looked into the knowyourenergyscore.ca website and they tell you all the requirements

Our Water Heater started leaking on Sunday. We called Reliance and Brad came early Monday morning. Very efficient and pleasant. Everything was fixed in no time and Brad cleaned up after himself. Gave a few tips on taking care of the heater as well. Very pleased. Brad was very helpful and professional.

Tuesday last week, my heating broke down during the night. In the morning I managed to get it working again by using the re-set switch but thought I should call Reliance to get it checked out. They gave me an appointment for the next morning between 7 and 11 am. Jerry arrived on time and was professional and friendly, he said that he needed a part that he would order and it could be fitted later that day. By 2pm Ricky had arrived to replace the part. My son said that he was also professional and efficient. I saved a fortune because I pay for the heating maintenance plan! I'm very happy with Reliance Home Comfort's service and would recommend this company.

Installation by Fred and Patrick and did a great job removing the old equipment and re-fitting new new furnace in a relative short time frame. New instal done and all old material removed and site completely cleaned. 5 star job!!!

We have Reliance's $10/month plumbing plan and it has more than paid for itself. We had a leak due to a plumbing overflow. We could not be happier with the service provided by the technician Blake P. He was extremely professional, courteous, and respectful. We would not hesitate to recommend this service and Blake to anyone. Thank you for the amazing service.
