My family woke up to a cold house 3 days ago. Steve, the service technician, arrived that afternoon and quickly diagnosed the problem. Mike, the sales agent, arrived the next morning and without any "salesman-type pressure" sold us our new furnace. The installers, Mike M and Rob D, arrived the next morning and professionally and cleanly installed/explained our new furnace within 5 hrs. A seamless transition from cold to toasty warm again in 3 days! Thanks to all the Reliance employees I dealt with!!

it wasnt looking like an easy conversion from my old direct vent tank to the new power vent but the service technician who came out did the job professionally and seamlessly. told him i would write a good review for him and the job he did. his name was Adam. Very friendly and professional.

The Installers came on the scheduled day, however they only did half the install, they Installed the furnace but did not install the AC and now they need to come back at a later date. I took the day off to be here and now I will need to take a 2nd day off when they come back to install the AC. The Installers did a great Job, Andrew and Chirs, they did a excellent Job on the furnace install.

Just to say that Matt (tech) came to fix our water heather the next day ,he was quick ,clean and polite .We are please with there services . Mrs .Tremblay

I needed a replacement water heater (rental). Technician (John Savage) came within 36 hours. He was courteous, took trouble to make no mess, worked efficiently and was done in less than 2 hours. I was very pleased with his service. I find the rental for the water heater expensive

needed to replace my tank less water heater asap. Chris got to me with in couple hours. very knowledgeable, got everything ready quickly, got the crew here with in a day to replace the tank. Guys did a great job; clean and officiant. no complaints

Installers arrived at 8.30 as promised. They laid mats on the ground to preserve hardwood floors, and walked inside wearing plastic shoe covers. Installation was problem free, and completed by 4pm. They set up and explained operation of the new thermostat, as well as care required for the new filters for both furnace and humidifier. Would recommend this company.

Thanks to Mat R who came in and tried to fix the leaking hot water tank but turned into needing a new one instead. He got the job done and it was very entertaining to watch and see the tank gush water all over him.

Our water heater stopped working last night. Philip from Reliance serviced it. Showed me what went wrong and what needed to be fixed. He was quick, had the parts, tools. It was up and running in no time.

ross koopman was very helpful and pleasant. He acknowledged the problem quickly and efficiently. he was very nice and explained things (what he was doing for us) with great concern. thanks
