Our furnace was serviced by Philip who we found to be very helpful. He was proactive in providing advice and tips about how to maintain the furnace and how best to manage humidity levels in the home during the winter. We appreciated the effort Philip made to answer all of our questions.

Markus & Bruce did a wonderful job installing my furnace. They explained to me all the benefits of my new furnace compared to my previous one. And they made sure I was aware of the maintenance and operation of my new nest thermostat. Thank you I would recommend them to family & friends.

Mike and Luciano were awesome they were very friendly and respectfull of my little guy and dog during the installation. They were fast and efficient and explained everything to us once complete we have heat and are very pleased thank you very much.

Phil the plumber came in he is very nice and experienced and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He wears shoe cover and makes an effort not to make the house dirty, highly professinonal.

Just had furnace and AC inspected by Philip from Reliance. He arrived right on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. Showed me the humidifier pad and explained how it gets clogged over time ( learned something new) A friendly fellow, he even took time out to pet our orange tabby who was extremely grateful...thanks again Philip.

Had wonderful crew replacing our furnace and hotwater tank in a very tight location. The job was completed within the day and all the crew members were fantastic, knowledgeable and very mindful of the property. Kudos to Matt Brant, Nick McKinnon and Craig Austin! You guys rock!

Needed a HW Tankless install and these guys installed it quickly and extremely accurately. They paid attention to detail and did not leave until everything was in order and I was fully content. HIghly recommend both Jonathan and Ian to anyone.

Philip was a great worker always ready to work, ensuring our home furnace and water heater were looked after, he took his time to finish the job and makes sure everything is done properly, he's very knowledgeable and answer questions

Sprung a leak, called service centre, on hold a long time, then scheduled for 4 days later. Not acceptable, leaky water and no hot water. Went to facebook, posted my unhappiness, got a call scheduled for the next day! Decided, renting and service agreement was not worth it, bought a new tank, service technician came, removed tank (he was awesome). Tank 8 years old, paid on time for 8 years, made one call on our service agreement and totally disappointed that the expectations was a 4 day wait with no hot water and water leaking in my finished basement. Alternative, drain your tank yourself, so the service agreement is not worth paying for! I was totally impressed with the technician, he was very professional, he was actually the only good piece to this entire experience.

Markus & Bruce - Came in to install a new AC unit and furnace. Amazing professional service. Quality work, no shortcuts taken. Extremely satisfied and would definately recommend them. The right way to go of you're getting work done.
