Daniel and Lance installed a brand new furnace and removed my old existing unit. Not only polite but very clean and professional. Took the time to explain everything to me. Highly recommended. Thanks guys.

I had limited hot water and heating. Thought it was the water heater issue. So i called in, 2 technicians came by very fast, found and informed me the issues without charges. My family and I now have heating and hot water again =)

I chose Reliance after receiving 3 quotes. They were able to beat the lowest quote and do the installation within a few days ( it was getting cold in last 2 weeks of November ) . Mike M and Rob D did an excellent job with the installation. They were very professional , and took pride in the job they were doing . Their installation compared with the previous install - was night and day . Ask for Mike M and Rob D to do your install.

We woke up one morning a few weeks ago to no hot water. Called the service department at 5:30 in the morning and the girl on the other end was very courteous and most helpful. We had a tech out that day by 2 and a new hot water tank by 8 pm the following night. The technician noticed we were eligible for a new furnace and QC as part of our rental agreement and got us in touch with a sales rep. Within two days, we had an appointment for the new install. The two technicians that came out were Bill W and Wes R. They were nawesome. They arrived right at 8 and worked until the job was complete. They did a fantastic job with the installation. Workmanship was top shelf! Very satisfied! Explained what they did and why and explained the new thermostat and helped with the remote operation from the app. Went over any pertinent information with regards to the operation of the furnace and any maintenance we should do during the year. Very very pleased with the service on all levels of the company. Keep it up!

I count myself very fortunate today to be a Reliance customer. Just as the cold weather arrived, my furnace started to behave erratically. Ivan (Team Member RCHSA030) diagnosed multiple problems, ordered parts and returned promptly to repair the furnace. I couldn't have asked for a more skilled and friendly person to do the repair. He replaced a number of important parts that were malfunctioning including the control board which seemed to be the cause of the erratic behaviour. He was able to complete the repair while patiently explaining the operations of the furnace and the problems that he encountered. It was a very informative customer experience. After the furnace was running again, he completed some much overdue maintenance. This expensive repair was at no cost to me because of my Reliance membership. I would definitely recommend the service, and I'm glad I have heat again! Thanks Ivan

Had a great experience overall here. My family was without heat as our furnace broke down. Sales person Frank was very helpful and got us next day install. Thank you Reliance.

The salesman Douglas Paframan provided excellent service in explaining the whole system and also the installation process. He signed me up with a very favorably package. Unfortunately when the Technicians arrived they discovered that the basement required a rework of the electrical and moving existing appliances- Dryer so the installation could not be done at the time. As a result they could not do the installation and contacted Mr. Paframan. He immediately provided options and reinstated my old contract until this matter could be addressed. KUDOS to everyone!

Service contractor explained the possible problem with my lack of hot water. I quickly replaced a defective tube inside the water heater. Suggested that I try the unit with a new tube and if not satisfied call Reliance. Jerry was very professional in completing the task and cleaning up before he left. It was a pleasant service call for us.

I decided to got tankless after my reliance contract finished. I received a removal number from Reliance for the tank removal. My tank was removed by the company installing the tankless. They have been trying to return my tank for 2 weeks as Reliance will not accept it. I have called and my account has remained open since they have not received my tank that they will not accept. I have called Reliance multiple times and they will assist me. I'm currently on hold with the a Reliance customer care rep and have been on hold for over 20 minutes. They refuse to assist. As their website says "We are here for you." Unfortunately they will not assist me. Stay far away from this company!

My furnace broke down mid Sunday afternoon I called to book service, technician showed up early Monday repaired my furnace in a timely manner. I was looking at a substantial repair cost and the technician was able to get repair covered under warranty for me. You could only wish that all technician's provided a service like the gentleman that helped me today. Thank you, Roy E, it's people like you that make a business successful.
