Furnace and AC unit needed replacement. Reliance was so honest. Found out my AC was too big for the house. I got the best sales rep, best products and best installation team! Very clean, professional and courteous. What a delight! Great company. I love and enjoy their products.

Phil, plumber, come in on two occasions within a week and on both visits Phil was friendly, accommodating, informative, courteous and professional in the level of his communication, knowledge and skill. He answered all my questions without hesitation and was thorough in his explanation of things. Even though I have an old rustic dwelling, he functioned around the house with proper care and attention to the things he had to handle. He wore covers over his work shoes as a precaution so not to inadvertently dirty or mess up something. I appreciated his overall demeanor and character.

We purchased a new furnace and central air unit for Alicia and it was installed by Ryan and Aaron. Alicia went into great detail and was very informative. She helped and advised us decide which system was for us and our needs. Ryan and Aaron were very polite and informative on install. It was fast and efficient and reinforced the reason why we choose reliance. Thank you to all 3 of you.

This is a terrible company with terrible policies!!!! If you don't rent there equipment they don't want to help you. And they were recommended by 2 other companies and still nothing.

Ryan serviced my furnace & AC this year and I want you to know that that Ryan is the most obliging, polite, delightful young man to represent your company. I will be requesting him for my service next time. As well as the inspection he even offered to put the cover on my a/c for the winter which is a difficult task for me to handle on my own. Kudos to Ryan for helping me out. Not only did Ryan service my furnace he was very informative with his knowledge of heating & a/c and passed his knowledge on to me in a very impressive way. It made me feel confident with the knowledge that he passed on to me about the efficient way to keep my equipment running to it's full potential.

what a fantastic company, they origanally said they were going to be there on sunday , but they came over only a few hours after i phoned them and needed my hot water tank replaced, because it was old and disfunctional, Andy came over to replace my hot water tank, what a professional, well spoken and knew his stuff , cleaned up after he was done , had it installed in no time at all. i highly recommend this company and Andy

Appointment made after maintenance service call found Heat exchanger cracked..furnace .installation team was prompt and very professional. Johnny and Lou were excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend reliance to others .

The technician Dave O. #1685 was great, he arrived on-time quickly diagnosed the issue, broken gas valve. He explained what he was doing, and explained why he was certain the gas valve was the issue, unfortunately he did not have the part on hand, however, he did order, and explained the whole process, let me know what I had do when the replacement part was shipped to me. Dave O. #1685 happened to be the same tech sent out to replace the valve, again he showed promptly, gave me a call ahead of time, quickly replaced the part, did a few test and stuck around to make sure that everything was working. My overall experience with Dave was great, he was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to quickly diagnose and correct the problem. A+

Your serviceman came in today and found the leak. No serious problem. Very polite young man. A problem I can fix on my own time. Made my day to know that he did not have to take my thank apart. Thank you.

Whatever you decision you make you, you feel confident that it was an educated one, thanks to Jordan. The install crew were gems, extremely pleasant, efficient and very knowledgeable. The process from start to finish was simple, and we are thrilled with the outcome.
