Furnace issue for 1.5 years. The furnace problem was diagnosed over a winter. The tech assured me that the part will be ordered and replaced before next winter. "Sign up for our service contract, it'll save you money". I signed up. I called the tech 3 times, and no return call. In the meantime, they have been taking their payments out of my bank account.
It took them 6 months to replace a part. Still issues. It is now the next winter. I called, booked an appointment and no one shows. This company is a waste of your time and money. Take your business to someone who appreciates it.
Now they tell me that the tech is running behind about another hour. It's Thanksgiving long weekend, I have shopping to do. I need heat in my house because it will be full of people. This company is difficult to work with and truly so not fulfill their obligation
