The old unit I had in my condo was not installed by This company and was installed by another who are no longer in business because this company took over their existing customers. I rented the old equipment for the last 10 years and had a lot of headaches with it so I decided to change it out when my contract was up. The sales rep. Dustin, was fantastic he contacted the correct people to come out to the house to
ensure the the new equipment would would with our set up. You see we had an old hot water tank and an air handler that was installed was done so badly that I couldn't even have doors on the closet where it was housed and the last thing I wanted was the same thing. Needless to say a tankless water heater was suggested to take up less space and I was informed that the layout of
the new air handler would be reconfigured so I could have closet doors.
I'm so happy with the service we received the sales representative was polite efficient and great at responding to any of my questions
or concerns in a timely manner. The installers worked hard all day and did a fantastic job, the install looks great and they cleaned up after themselves before leaving the house. Lastly, the equipment is working and performing way better than I expected.
