I would like to commend Julian , who came to check my furnace. He was friendly, helpful and went out of his way to explain things to me. He helped me with a small problem I have been having since I put in my new furnace from Reliance. He went beyond the call of duty to make my experience a good one. I certainly hope I could ask for him as my service tech when I need the services of Reliance again.

My water heater doesn't work, and Wes and Mian come here to check it out. Their service mid pretty awsome, I am very satisfied it. Pan will come today to do the estimation of tankless water heater.

Our annual home inspection of furnace and air conditioning was done on October 5, 2016 - the technician (JERRY-NWG)was very courteous and helpful and even showed me how to clean the filters myself - it was a good experience and just wanted to give feedback for a job well done!

Jordan C came to our house to install a replacement water heater. He was very friendly and very professional. He was fast and efficient. I would recommend him to any employer. Bill Wright came to our house to give us our best options for our furnace and air conditioner. He was very pleasant and informative . We went with a rental. Today Chris and Andrew came to install our new furnace and air conditioner . They where very pleasant and efficient . Explained how to use everything . I would recommend them to anyone. Job well done guys!

Chris H and Dustin were very professional and courteous, explaining everything during the installation. They were friendly, sounded like they really enjoyed their jobs and were very supportive of each other. When the work was completed, they cleaned up and our house was left very clean. Justin who was the Home Consultation Advisor was also very patient, explaining all the options and wanting to be sure we were satisfied with our decision. All three were very knowledgeable about the products and left us with a good feeling of confidence. We would recommend this team to anyone.

Great sales and workmanship by Jayson for sales and Rob/Fred/Patrick for their workmanship done. Work done efficiently and in a timely manner. The men were completely friendly and if I could, I would ask for them again. As for the Tyler V who installed my tankless water heater, he thoroughly explained everything, was friendly and kept tidy. Much appreciated for all their great service. Thanks boys.

Mark 1766 is amazing second time to our house so impressed. he also suggested new furnace and air conditioner and set us up for appointment today. Excellent employee. I would recommend to anyone.

I phoned Reliance here in Sudbury, Ontario, on Sunday, Oct. 02, 2016, at 6:30 p.,m. to request that they check my rental gas water heater as it appeared to be leaking. The maintenance man came the following day, Monday, at 12:30 p.m and stated he was going to change the water heater as it had been in service for 23 years. He removed the old heater and installed a new heater within one hour. The service was exceptional and performed with the minimum of disruption to our household. Thank you, Reliance! Mel O'Reilly.

Base flooded, old sump pump died. Plumber, Phil, cleaned out pit then installed a new pump. He was efficient and professional. Also provided me with information on the plumber protection plan, which I bought. He also inspected my water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. Then made the call to schedule replacement time. Thank you, Phil!
