Our Hot Water Tank was not producing hot water and was making strange noises. Mark came to our house early on a Sunday and, in a short period of time, had pinpointed the problem and replaced the blower motor. He was polite, friendly and efficient. We have dealt with Reliance for many years and are very pleased.

Chris B. 907 came on a Sunday to fix our Hot Water heater. He was extremely professional and was very quick to isolate the problem and fix it within a very short period of time.

Bernie Cullen has paid two separate visits to our furnace/air conditioner units in the past 5 months. Both times he has been personable, efficient and good at solving the problem. He explained everything that he was doing and what was happening along the way. I would definitely give him a 10 as a plumbing technician for your company.

I wanted to give Jerry-NWG a high rating and excellent review. My hot water tank was not working and was leaking at the nozzle. He fixed it and was very informative and nice and professional. He took his time to explain everything and called me later to check if I had hot water.

We are very pleased with our new furnace. Daniel and Lance did an excellent job with the installation and cleanup afterwards. they took their work seriously and seemed happy about their work.

We made use of our protection plan today. The furnace stopped blowing at our rental. The tenant was cranky, but no fear, Reliance showed up quickly the same day! Larry H as prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He had the furnace working in no time. We've had the same experience with Reliance every time. Professional, prompt and always willing to answer our questions until we feel satisfied. In a world full of shady contractors, it's good to know there are some companies that you can rely on like Reliance! Thanks again Larry!

A great experience with Reliance. After attempting to fix our 12 yr old furnace ( for 3 hours) the technician reluctantly told me we needed a new on. He contacted Alok, who is a salesman for Reliance. Came that night and explained all our options. We decide to replace furnace, A/C and hot water tank as new building codes required us to do some work that involved cutting drywall to relocate pipes. Dan & his crew came promptly when they said they would and got to work immediately removing and replacing the equip as necessary. Even added the new hot water tank at the last minute that morning as we were not going to get it at first but decide later to do it. Alok made sure everything was in order for the guys to do their job. They laid protective mats over all the areas they were walking and working in and spent all day getting the job done. At the end of the day they determined that after all the equipment was put in that there was gas leak somewhere else in the house. Had to turn the gas off overnight and then another crew (Mario & Brent) came found the leak, capped it off so we could at least have heat and hot water and have arranged for a crew to come back to fix the connection and reconnect the stove. Great to know our home is now safer than it was before!!!! Who knows how long the gas had been leaking?!?!? Overall, a great experience from start to finish with all aspects of the journey! From Mike the technician who tried so hard to fix the unit, to Alok who really has been there for us through the entire process, to Dan and his installation crew, to Mario and Brent who found and fixed the problem punctual, professional ,pleasant & polite I would highly recommend Reliance for any heating, cooling and water heater issues. Mike M. and Matt A. were at our door promptly and 8 am. They were very quick to put carpets in the areas were they were working. They answered all our questions with great patience and they showed us how to use the thermometer and explained why it is good not to use some settings, and how to take care of the furnace (filters.) I would have to say they were very informative, efficient and courteous at all times. I would recommend Reliance to friends and family with no problem.

Been dealing with Reliance Home Comfort for almost 30 years for furnace and hot water tank. Always courteous staff, esp Bernie C on Sept 26 2016. Explained all the test he did and answered my questions. Over the years they have been a bit short staffed but I can count on them to come when the furnace dies on a cold winters day.

We upgraded our plan with reliance to include yearly maintenance, and it was effective immediately. They were able to come at a time convenient for me, and they called and actually showed up when they said they would!! The technician was great, I'm sorry, I forget his name. He worked efficiently and let me know what he was doing. He also gave advice on which furnace filters to use, and how often to change them. Would definitely recommend this service for anyone who has a furnace and air conditioner!
