We upgraded our plan with reliance to include yearly maintenance, and it was effective immediately. They were able to come at a time convenient for me, and they called and actually showed up when they said they would!! The technician was great, I'm sorry, I forget his name. He worked efficiently and let me know what he was doing. He also gave advice on which furnace filters to use, and how often to change them. Would definitely recommend this service for anyone who has a furnace and air conditioner!

Bernie 3671 knows his stuff and replaced the burner of the rental in a competent and efficient (considering my inclination to chat) manner. The rental cost clearly is less costly than the cost of owning and maintaining the unit. Thanks, Bernie

I called for my annual furnace check up and got an appointment 2 days later. Bernie Cullen arrived on time, checked the furnace, explained what each test was for and graciously answered all my questions. I am very satisfied with his service and professionalism.

This is our 2nd service call in the past 24hrs to Reliance Home Comfort to triage/repair our 'rusty water issue' with our hot water tank. We received prompt, professional and courteous customer service from our two technicians, Ken Hill and Jason Mitruk. Both gentlemen were on time, thorough and explained the repair process. Reliance previously replaced both anodes over a year ago, so we are hopeful this resolves our issue. If not, Reliance will be replacing the tank! Love the ease of the online service booking!!

It was time for my annual tune-up for the furnace and air conditioner. The authorized contractors showed up within the allotted time frame. Two showed up because one was in training. Jerry Nwg was the trainee, but you sure would not have know it. Jerry found something that no other contractor had before and promptly fixed it subsequently, saving money for me. They were very professional, polite and wore plastic covers on their shoes. The best part is that I did not pay a penny because I am with the home comfort plan.

Called about A noisy water heater, the person who answered my call was exceptionally nice, and made an apt for that afternoon for a technician to come. Josh Z. the tech arrived within an hour, and was very nice, and also very knowledgeable and thorough. He replaced the water heater immediately upon inspection. He was great and so have all the techs been that have come in my house. The service on the phone to get appts has been great too!

Phil (plumber) did a service to a kitchen drainage leak.I am greatly satisfied of his service.Besides He is very courteous,friendly and very good at his job.All I can say is a job well done and your services I will surely recommend
