Reliance Home Comfort reviews (13630)

I had a new AC unit purchased 18 months ago. It leaked the refrigerant 3 times in those 8 months. After calling Reliance, the Hamilton branch sent me Brandon and Len to assess the unit. They found it to have leaked its refrigerant again so they did a full system replacement. It took them less than 2 hours to execute a wonderful and very thorough job and my AC is back on and hassle free again. Thank you Brandon and Len for your exceptional performance and great customer attitude today!

First of all, thank you John , advisor for Reliance Home Comfort, for making this experience/appointment a great one. I was pretty stressed out about the renovations in my basement, googling installation fees for furnaces, hot water tanks, contractor availability, eligibility for rebates, ect. I am a single mom supporting my daughter who is in college so you know where my money goes...lol. None the less I was relieved once the Reliance Home Comfort Advisor, John, completed ALL the paper work and assured me that he finds the contractor that is required, applies for all the rebates on my behalf, and sets up the cost of my appliances on monthly billing which really helps keep my cash flowing to my daughter's college expenses. Thank you and I would recommend that if you are planning to replace your home heating systems or hot water appliances that you trust in Reliance Home Comfort. I did and I don't regret it.

The cost was for both new high effciency units, and the installation(don't know what installation is separately). Jason and his partner from Fusion did a great job removing our old units and installing the new ones. Very professional - they cleaned up afterwards and explained the new system. I would recommend them.

The worker, Matt Coulombe, #DAA3678 came to perform our annual cleaning & maintenance on our furnace & air conditioning & was very effiicient in his work. Also very friendly & informative as to any questions or concerns we had. An asset to your company for sure.

Chad M. was very knowledgeable and helpful today while solving and getting our hot water tank going. He was able to give some ideas to solve other issues in the area of the house as well. We thank him for his service.

I would like to share my experience with Reliance, it was Frank who visited my home and discussed my upgrade options in regards with heating and cooling. I was very impressed with the whole sales presentation and the thorough breakdown of warranties and different model line ups. We both agreed the Smartair 2000 was a good fit and had installation arranged. Michael the lead installer did a remarkable job, ensuring i understood the process, with regards to new vent pipes, changing the copper and installing new brackets. If you are looking for a great system with a solid contractor, give Frank a call from reliance. I had some homework and am very pleased with my decision.

Had a great experience with your installation Advisor, Tyler V. He had to be creative to get the job done and he explained every step of the way. He made sure I was comfortable with the options and understood the process. The installation was performed with minimum fuss and muss and the site was left spotless. Great job Tyler and thanks for your hard work. Most appreciated.
