The representative who visited me was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I had booked another company to discuss furnaces as well but she convinced me to go with Reliance because of her approach and knowledge and the fact that she took time to discuss options. I made the decision and cancelled the other meeting. Installers were fantastic, quick, efficient, friendly, helpful and courteous. I wasn't having a new A/C installed but they repaired the covering around the existing wiring that had been chewed by animals and also volunteered to hose out the interior because it looked dirty. Fantastic customer service! I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so

We had an installation of a new furnace and air conditioner and this was done by Chris Z and Lane Y and they were fantastic and very professional and clean! Our sales rep who came to our house was Bill Wright and he was awesome! Thank you !!

Quick and prompt service for a faulty water heater. Next day Service is always nice. Call center is polite and courteous. Service men could have a smile but was pleased with their work. Definitely recommend Reliance.

Today I had a service call from Reliance home comfort and was thrilled with the attention and information given to me by the very pleasant service man named Wes. My problem was quickly fixed and the wonderful serviceman even moved all the stuff out of the way including a heavy dresser for me. He was able to spot some dangerous problems that will now keep my family safe and this means everything to me. I was directed to the service advisor Pam who answered me immediately and even showed up only a mere 30 minutes after calling her which is amazing service. Everyone involved was very cordial and friendly and easy to deal with.

Same day service was excellent. Repair was done free after 8 years of the 10 year warranty. Peter G was friendly, efficient and informative. I definitely will rely on Reliance for future services.

We discovered leak from air conditioner connections in basement. Called to Reliance service and techinican came in a 4 hours. He was very knowlegeble. He diagnosed it fast and did needed cleaning with our tubes, tested and leaking stopped. In addition he checked our system (furnice and airconditioner) and did a few small adjustments. We complained that our fan does not run if you set it run not automatic. he was able to check the connections (electicity!) and discovered that wire was not connected properly, fixed it! His name is Mario Cirelli - thank you Mario! I recommend him as a best technical expert I saw from Reliance.

Ken Hill performed our annual maintenance service. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, arrived on time and did a thorough job. We would gladly recommend him to our neighbours. Thank you.

Great service, fast and efficient did the job well and nice behaviour. I called reliance and sent a person today within the next two hours, and person had a nice attitude.
