Wow, After over thirty years of home ownership (three homes) we purchased our first new furnace and AC. Alec the sales representative made the sales process very easy. So easy we only had one quote (and we always ask for a minimum of three). Installation technicians Amir and Adam were beyond excellent, listening to tips and questions, taking time to share their work in progress and good training on how to use the new thermostat. Clean and professional installation in all regards!

From start to finish both Andrew McMaster the sales rep and the installation team were very professional, very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. They worked in the given time frame and answered all my questions in complete honesty and fairness. I would highly recommend Andrew McMaster and the Reliance Team to all my friends.

Last week I booked Reliance to service our rented water heater on their website. Received an e-mail confirming the appointment between 2-5pm. Waited around until 6pm and no contractor showed up. When I called Reliance service they couldn't get a hold of the contractor but told me they left a message and would call me back with a revised ETA. No callback, no service. I called Reliance 2 more times that night with no luck. They even promised me they'd get a manager to call me, but I didn't hear from them that night. The following day I called Reliance service for the fourth time and was able to book the service call again. I also asked them to have a manager call me to explain what happened the first time and how they planned to compensate us for the time we wasted waiting around for them and for going without hot water for an extra couple of days. The water heater eventually got fixed, but we're still waiting for a call back on the unbelievably awful service we received from Reliance. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend Reliance and will be buying a water heater to be rid of them for good! We also have a monthly service contract on our A/C and Furnace that we'll be cancelling right away.

I had reliance install a new furnace and a/c system in my home as a rental and as far as the sub contracted installers who were fantastic, reliance was hard to deal with. Install date was changed 3 times and everything wasn't as clear as I expected to be. Overall the system is in and I'm satisfied with the workmanship its the customer service that needs some help.

It has been a long hot humid Summer of 2016. Thanks to Josh & Jason of Reliance Home Comfort and Mark and his team at Rescom Home Comfort for their professional services installing our new Ductless system at our home in Meaford. It rocks. A very polite team that explained all to us in getting what we needed from start to finish. Jason followed it up with a phone call. A very tidy job on completion. Our back bedroom facing west was pumping in a lot of heat. This has now been rectified by this new awesome unit with a comfortably controlled environment. A very quiet unit and and I do mean quiet. Life is good again. Thanks to all involved. Another happy customer.

My rating of 10 is not for the company Reliance but for one of their exceptional tehnicians, Wally Dowrie. We had four previous service calls and after the technician fixed the problem, a few days later our heater would stop functioning. Mr. Dowrie was the only technician to recognize the true problem (a venting issue), issued a work order for a power vent and genuinely cared for our well-being. This technician deserves a raise, promotion or some kind of recognition for being one of the few technicians who actually knows how to do their job, and do it well. If it weren't for him, we would not be Reliance customers.

I recently had my old A/C replaced by Reliance. The end result was one of complete satisfaction and an overwhelming sense that customer service and satisfaction is of utmost importance to this company. I highly recommend Reliance. Technician "Chris" #3125, replaced our tank this morning. He also had to replace the outdated venting. He ensured our floors and stairs were covered to eliminate dirt and water while removing the old tank. Explained what he was going to do while maintaining a professional attitude during this time. Kudos to Chris.....this employee should the standard for all your employees. Thanks Chris, a job well done.....
