I was having issues with my air conditioner, the fan in my unit had stopped working and there was no cool air coming out of the vents. I called reliance and they send their technician, the first guy who came pretty much did nothing and just pushed the fan to move and luckily fan started moving. He did nothing else and still stayed here for 30-45 mins pretending that he was still working on my unit. He claimed that he cleaned the motor and everything but I doubt that he even opened the Unit. He just seemed so disinterested and lazy on working at my unit. He didn’t take ownership of his job and was not very helpful. After he left my Unit worked for few hours but then suddenly stopped working again and I was without any air. We couldn’t sleep whole night because of this person’s unprofessional job.
I was frustrated and called reliance again, this time they send another guy whose name was Ian Brown. I have to admit that he was the most knowledgeable, hard working, honest and reliable person that I have myself ever come across in my life. He spended almost 3 hours at my house while fixing my unit. He opened the entire Unit, washed it and then took the motor out to repair it. He said I will need new parts and he will order them for me but till they arrive he didn’t wanted us to stay in heat, so he fixed my Unit temporarily and did an amazing job. My air is working better than before and my Unit is much efficient and quitter now as compare to before. I am still waiting for my new parts to deliver but his temporary fix job was amazing.
I am absolutely so impressed by Mr Ian Brown and I will recommend him and reliance to my friends and family. He is an amazing and kind hearted person. He is very helpful and not lazy like the other technician who came before him. He is an absolute best asset to the company and I will request that he should definitely be consider for a promotion and pay raise because he deserves every cent of it. The other technicians who don’t take ownership of their job should not be asked to fix customers problems. Mr Ian Brown is the most knowledgeable, honest and efficient person.
