Called for a quote and Daniel Macdougall was there the next day! They had availability that week to install the unit! We've been super happy with it! Install went flawlessly and they were polite tidy and efficient! Thank you Reliance!

Great Service. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and professional. Couldn't be any happier with this experience. The install company (Protect Air) was also great and very friendly. They were very considerate and very clean once set up of my A/C was complete. Highly recommended.

When you shell out 80 bucks or more every three months for a hot water heater rental contract - you expect that if it breaks you can obtain service within a day. Going online to book an appointment I was disappointed to see that I'm going to have to go without hot water for nearly 2 days - unacceptable. I may as well buy my next hot water heater if I'm going to have this delay anyway when it breaks.

My brand new air conditioner was freezing up and not working during a busy work week on very hot days! Reliance sent an amazingly capable technician Matthew Philpott from Airtech. He diagnosed the problem and spent over 7 hours perfecting the solution! He was polite, efficient, knowledgeable and got the job completed in a timely manner! He was very organized and explained each step in the process! I am so very greatful Matthew was assigned to my service order. He followed the issue right to the end. Thank you!

Our representative was awesome he spoke to us both and gave us the best advice and we went with it right then and there, we got the installation two days later and there were amazing very professional and super hard working they worked like 12 hours without a break so we have them pizza and club soda !!! They cleaned up So well you didn't even know they had been there!!! Awesome job thanks Reliance!!!!

Brendan and Len came in on a very hot day to do this job for me. It took all day. They did a really great job, never took a break or lunch even with the heat of the day. Both of the men were very efficient, explained everything to me, and were very courteous. They cleaned up after finishing and took all the old equipment away.

The Air King System install Crew did an excellent thorough job replacing both the external unit and components with my house. The new unit provides fast and efficient cooling without causing any humidity problems.

He even went out of his was to assist me on a very hot day. This was one of the easiest purchases I've made. From sign up to unit installation took only a few days. Everything was done to perfection. We had trouble with our Air Conditioning and Joe Green was sent out to help solve the problem. He was very knowledgeable and very thorough and so far we have not had the same issue recur. We are very pleased with the service we received.
