Moved to London after 2.5 years in St Thomas ON. I've had Water Heater rental for about 15 years with Reliance and their Heating/Cooling Repair & Maintenance for probably 10 years. I called them to let them know I was moving several weeks before the event. 2 days after getting in to our "new" home the humidex was around 43 degrees and the A/C stopped working. I called Reliance only to be told that I would have to wait 3 weeks for the "new" contract to kick in or I could pay full price for the job and they would send someone over straight away. Not Impressed at all... after 10 years of paying monthlies I'm suddenly left without coverage for 3 weeks!!! No-one told me about this 3 weeks "grace period" so, guess what, I'm going with another company.

Chad Mcdaid was my tech that came to take a look at my tankless water heater. The piping was sticking out past my sliding screen door (installed by a previous company) that I had never noticed before and now need to get it either reworked or moved. He was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction on what I need to do next and threw in some tips with other things as well. Happy with his service!

Thank you AGAIN for exceptional knowledge and customer service. Joe came to our home and did indeed clean the condenser and checked filter in our system. While he did exactly as promised he also extended amazing customer service. My husband has parkinson's disease and does not fully understand things at times. Joe explained fully my husband's questions and took the time to make certain he understood. I was in a bedroom and witnessed this. I was truly amazed and grateful he personalized it for my husband. Tim came this morning and repaired our AC unit quickly and efficiently, while being friendly and personable. He also made some recommendations in reply to our questions about purchasing a new unit. Your company was well represented.

I'm a happy and satisfied customer. Called Friday morning and they had someone (Brandon) out within hrs. Although I was impressed with Brandon, I was a little disappointed that I couldn't get next day install, but understand that I'm not the only customer waiting for an install. So with that being said, I had prompt serviced as promised right at 10am. Mike and his partner were very efficient and EXTREMELY knowledgable and I'm very impressed with the their service. Thank you so much Reliance, I will most certainly recommend this company to anyone in need.

Our HWT stopped working on Sunday, we called Reliance Home Comfort and by Monday Morning it was Fixed! Jason Mitruk was our Technician, he was very Courteous, Knowledgeable and Respectful. Thank you for the Great, Quick service.

Came home from camping for a week and got home to find house at 32 degrees. Call Reliance and a service man could be out within 3 hours. Derek showed up within 1 hour Found and resolved the problem in no time Great service at reasonable cost Would definitely recommend and reuse their service

Rodney (CBDO746) came to my home this past Saturday July 23/16 within the scheduled time-frame. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was the only Service person to actually diagnose and educate me regarding my rented furnace/AC unit. He took the time to clean the A/C filter outside and use his diagnostic equipment to solve the problem. I have had 2 other Service people come to my home since renting the unit, but he was the only one who I felt did the job properly and had a strong work ethic. I wish there were more people like Rodney who value the customer and take pride in their work.

Great service from Derek Phung. Very punctual and thorough on fixing our AC on the hottest day of this summer!!! Had all the patience to personalize the settings and explain all the maintenance required to keep the AC in good shape! Couldn't have had better service!
