We had no choice but to buy a new air conditioner as our old one stopped cooling in mid July. We opted to replace the furnace as well because it was at the end of its life. Frank from Sales at Reliance did a good job covering our options and making sure we understood what each entailed. He understood the urgency, arranged Saturday install, and even bought us a fan. The service done by Tasa Air [RCSSA015] was exemplary. Ahsan was the lead. His conduct was respectful, professional, friendly and very thorough. He stayed on site even when we left for several hours to escape the heat! He reconstructed the ductwork and managed wiring and gas fitting with care. This is a guy who takes pride in his work and doesn't whine about having to do a hard job. Thank you, Ahsan.

We highly appreciate the great job done by Markus and Bruce. They did everything very professionally and considerately. As the new owner of this house we never feel so relax and comfortable until we meet reliance and these 2 amazing guy, Markus and Bruce.

We had Dan and Andrew of Reliance come to our house to install a new furnace and air conditioning unit. They were both very polite and knowledgeable. They answered any questions we had and the end result of their installation was great. Very clean and professional job. We are very happy with our new system, especially the A.C. in this hot summer weather.

airconditioner died so therefore needed both furnace and airconditioner replaced on extremly hot weekend. Spoke to a represntative Friday night.Furnace and air installed Monday. men arrived at 8am and finished at 4pm .They did not stop all day and left my house in perfect order. I am pleased with your prompt service and courteous staff.

Reliance had been overcharging me for 2 system protection plan for the whole of 2015. I called and complained, they apologized and said it was a genuine mistake. Now after 2 months they are back to overcharging me for 2 protection plan. Be careful with their billing and read the bill each and every month. And please do not give them direct debit facility to your account.

We needed a new air conditioning unit because our builder did not install the unit sold with the house correctly, and as a result it destroyed our furnace and existing a/c unit. We contacted Reliance and Victor, our sales rep, did a great job connecting us with the proper unit for our home.

Thanks for Reliance home stars protection plan. I was truly impressed with service. My A/C unit doesn't working properly and Adam came to my house within 4 hours of the call! with experiences specialist have found the problem and fix it . Terrific service, amazing timing and highly recommended.

Don and Andrew from Sudbury team very punctual installed the units in reasonable time. Very polite and easy to work with. Left the house and yard as if no one was over, even took our old units away for us. Bill our sales rep was also very helpful and made our purchase an easy decision, he had all the answer to our questions. Great team work everyone. Thanks

Brendan Godfrey & Len Biggs arrived on time and worked continuously this afternoon in hot & humid 38* Celcius heat to replace our old central air conditioning with a brand new system. Both technicians were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly & efficient. The existing A/C system was removed in its entirety. The new components, pipes & cables, etc., were installed neatly. The project debris, excess, and old materials were cleaned up & removed. Brendan coordinated the on site work this afternoon, provided ongoing communication, helpfully answered questions, as did Len, then once done Brendan reviewed the new system, its operation and then programmed & explained how to use new NEST thermostat (very awesome thermostat). We would welcome Brendan & Len back any time.

Sam Demelo did a great job. Very fast and efficient with his work. I was very impressed with the time he completed the work. Very nice, great sense of humour and respectful guy. If we have any issues in the future, send Sam :) Hubert Joseph
