A sensor went on my water heater, I called reliance Mark showed up in less than an hour and fixed it, on Canada day too! He was quick, friendly and came to the rescue on a holiday! Thanks again

Canada Day and no hot water! Yikes! I called Reliance, spoke to a pleasant rep and she booked an appointment for 12-6 the same day. A couple hours later a trusted advisor called and came 15 minutes later. MC was professional, friendly and informative. He repaired our hot water tank within 15 minutes and was on his way. My wife was impressed that he put on booties as to not dirty her floors. I highly recommend Reliance. I was very pleased with their prompt and friendly service.

Trevor and Andrew from team 3494 arrived in time at 800 sharp to install a new furnace and new air conditioner. They were very polite, clean and organised. They were even friendly with my dogs and cat. They explained to me all about the equipment, setting of the thermostat clearly. I am very happy with the service and will recommend them anytime.

Dan and Andew were assigned the task of replacing our aging furnace and a/c units. We were notified prior to their arrival and when they arrived they presented themselves very professionally. During the installation they encountered some unforeseen issues and dealt with them in stride even staying late to complete the work as planned. During the installation the guys explained what they were doing and made sure that things were kept clean. When they were finally done, the guys made sure that we fully understood the functionality of the new system. I would not hesitate to recommend the services of these guys. A job well done. Reliance has a good team of professionals representing them.

Arnold and Ben from Aries came out to replace our water heater tank. They did a great job installing and venting the new tank. Cleaned up very nicely afterwards, as well. Would definitely use them again.

a reliance repair man came in on my service agreement to check my furnace and airconditioning. I was asking about my thermostat and he ended up changing it to a new one for me. He was telling me about the age of my units and explaining how much money that I could save by purchasing a new unit now with the specials and the government rebates available now. He was very informative.

Frank Ondracka from Reliance is a treasure! He has a fantastic personality and is very knowledgeable about his job. He spent a great deal of time getting measurements and checking our home to give us the correct equipment. The technicians sent out by Reliance were polite, very efficient and well organized. Our home was kept clean at all times and everything was taken out and disposed of and a truck even came to recycle the old duct material. We were given a brief overview of how to work our new AC/Furnace and we are thrilled! Thank you so much Frank and Reliance.

Richard #1568 came out to provide service for our noisy furnace. He was able to solve the problem quick and efficiently. He also gave me some recommendations on how to prevent the same problem in the future. Very happy with the service.

We just purchased a house that is being set up for individuals who are deafblind. We recently discovered, through a diagnostic technician from Reliance, that the system had a leak and that the A/C had to be replaced. We subsequently set up an appointment with the salesperson for installation under the rental program. When the technicians arrived, with their experience and expertise, noticed a gas leak at the furnace and thankfully they received approval to repair the problem and proceeded with an excellent A/C installation.

We called Reliance and was able to get a technician to come the very next day. The installation technications, Idris and Scott, helped remove the old components while installing the new parts. I am quite satisfied with how the process was carried out!
