We were so thrilled with the contractor sent to us from Reliance. Lucas and Dana from Seasons Change Mechanical in Gravenhurst came promptly to our cottage and were so pleasant and helpful. Lucas was great at explaining what our current system was and helped us to streamline our hot water heating to one unit. He readily answered other questions we had and went above and beyond in removing a second hot water unit we didn't need. He and Dana were so polite and willing to help us with all of our plumbing questions. We would highly recommend them, they are an amazing team. You just don't find this kind of amazing service very often!!

Dylan and Howard did the installation. They were organized and polite. They left the area spic and span and explained all instructions clearly and patiently explained. I have rarely seen service of this high calibre. Thank you gentlemen and thank you reliance for maintaining service at this high level. Norman Wong who was our salesman was equally outstanding. He explained all our options patiently and entertained all questions. I was very pleasantly surprised. Finally, I love the new furnace and it is everything Norman said it would be. Thank you Reliance.

All of the Reliance Home Comfort staff that came to our home were extremely professional & helpful. Dustin Sydor was extremely attentive in insuring that we were well taken care of. He followed up with calls, emails & texts. He came over quickly anytime we needed him. The installation was excellent, despite the fact that it was quite a tricky job. The A/C is working great. I recently scheduled a service call to assess an issue with my water heater rental as there was minimal hot water pressure throughout my residence. I received expedient, same-day service and the issue (a plugged outlet) was quickly diagnosed and repaired. The service personnel was personable and highly professional. Andrew and Jon from the Burlington branch came to replace our air conditioning and furnace. They were kind and courteous professionals who did the job in a neat and clean manner. After finishing the job, they explained the new installation/interface. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Reliance home comfort for your home/business needs. The "home comfort advisor", Rick, visited us initially and he is also one of the nicest salesperson I have come across in a while. Thank you everyone!

Thank you Reliance Home Comfort. I recently rented two HVAC systems to be installed in my house. The Reliance team was amazing; from the HCA visit (Daniel) to the site visit by the Mgr (Mario) and the two install teams (team 1: Bill & Wes, Team 2: Robert & Tom). The installations were so well done, the guys walk me through what they did, how to use the system and were extremely clean and tidy; true professionals. I received follow up calls from the HCA (Daniel) and the local mgrs to make sure I was satisfied and to ensure all my questions were answered. Highly recommend Reliance.

The two installers that did the work for us were very polite as well as very efficient. The job was done well and in a timely manner. My wife and I would like to take the time to say thank you to Michael Mans and Bill Whittmell. We are hopping that further help or interaction with your company is just as enjoyable.

I was told someone would call back within 3 hours and that is about what it took. Lucas from Season's change called back and was on site shortly after. He identified and fixed the problem in a few minutes. Quite happy overall.

Daniel M came to our house for the consultation and spent a lot of time going through the replacement furnace and AC unit that we would need. He was extremely pleasant and well informed about the product as well as followed up after the installation to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction. There was a slight hiccup with the date of installation, which was straightened out. The installation team, Joe and Alec were very professional and thorough, clean (even covered the carpet they were walking over), and did a fabulous job of the installation. The AC works VERY well cooling the house amazingly - will know in a few months how the furnace is. When they ran it briefly with the testing, it was quiet and performed perfectly. All-in-all a very positive experience.
