    Installed furnace

    When our furnace started to break down, Reliance sent someone to come right away to check out our pump and informed us that it needed to be replaced, but recommended we look into replacing the furnace, as it was 20 years old. The next day, Jody came and helped us chose a furnace and went over everything with us. When the furnace arrived, Adam and Rob came in and installed our new furnace and were awesome to deal with. They were very clean while working in our home and before they left, they explain everything to us.

    Reliance Home Comfort

    My furnace was 14 years old ( same age as my house ) it was acting up and making a lot of noise, I called the original maker from enbridge and they said it had two cracks in it and they has to turn the furnace off and needed replacing, I looked around for a new furnace and they only company out of 5 I looked into, Reliance was the one, they are very friendly, I told them what I'm looking for, they showed us what I wanted, they NEVER tried to sell us something I didn't need. They took the time to talk with you ( as if we were friends for years) at the end with the installation, a few days later we received a thank you letter written in pen, that made it very personal. I would highly recommend Reliance A+++++

    Furnace, AC, Hot Water Heater

    Rick from Sales and John & Sean, who installed everything, we're exceptional. In an emergency situation, Reliance replaced our entire system in 24 hours. That emergency, an unsafe buildup of carbon monoxide in the outlet vent,was discovered by Reliance during a routine service call. Peter from Service, who identified the issue at 2:30, contacted Rick, in Sales, who arrived at our house at 7:30 and walked us though our options to the best solution, then organized everything for next-day installation. John and Sean arrived early the next morning and worked efficiently to have everything up and running by early evening. They were efficent, very neat, clean and tidy, and a pleasure to work with. This experience was exceptional at every turn. Reliance, through Peter, Rick, John, and Sean, demonstrated a very clear customer-centric attitude. The seamless flow of everything necessary was impressive. Kudos Reliance!

    Replacement of furnace & AC

    Derek, Greg. On time arrival, polite, friendly, explained work to be done. Possible complications. Cleaned up after the job. Finished in good time. Had to measure for new cold air intake. Manufacturing of parts required, to be installed next week. Good job. as per time estimate.

    Furnace, ac, hot water tank

    We had just purchased a home and needed a new ac and furnace. We met with darius and he was amazing! He provided everything including a tankless hot water tank for an amazing deal! He was very informative and helped us so much. We highly reccommend reliance to anyone looking for these items! We are veey happy with our purchase.

    Furnace & Air Conditioner Service

    Scheduled an appointment for an annual service call on furnace and air conditioner. Advised the service technician would call when he was on his way, which he did. He was courteous and very thorough in his inspection and servicing and explained what he was doing and why. I asked if I could watch because I was interested in the process and he was happy to have me do so. I find Reliance Home Services to be a very reputable organization and the technician who serviced my equipment represented the company very well.

    Service

    Having some hot water issues. Made the call to Reliance mid morning and tech arrived around noon. Chris B. (#907) was our tech. He was friendly and clean. After explaining our problem, he did his inspection explaining himself as he went along. He made an adjustment that he hopes will work. So do we. If not, he promised he would be back should we have to call again. Very pleased with the service and with Chris!

    New furnace and AC installation

    We had the Reliance maintenance plan and were having some issues with the furnace not shutting off or not getting to the desired temperature. Called for service and it turned out we had a cracked heat exchanger. Because of the dangers of this leaking carbon monoxide into the house the service tech had to shut the gas off to the furnace, leaving us with no heat at all. A sales rep was out in the next few hours to go over all our options. This was on a Friday and by Sunday we had a new furnace installed (and AC unit as we needed that replaced and it was a better deal to get both done at the same time). The sales rep was great and genuinely seemed to understand how difficult it is to come up with thousands of dollars unexpectedly. She didn't try to oversell us and went over all options available. The installers that came were very well informed, polite and were very clean. And in the end we are more comfortable than we were before. I'm sure we could have gotten a better deal elsewhere but overall the entire experience (besides being out $9000) was good. Hopefully I don't need them for another 20 years.

    Supply and installation of new Furnace and Air Conditioner

    After being notified by various vendors that my furnace and air conditioner both needed replacing I went with Reliance. The Home Comfort Advisor, Matt, did a great job explaining my options to purchase or rent and the free A/C offer. I went with the rental option which includes maintenance twice a year. They installers were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They red carpeted the stairs to the basement to minimize mess, worked diligently for 6 hours and explained in detail how to operate the system once installed. Overall a 10 out of 10.

    Replace hot water tank

    I called Reliance because we had no hot water and the water heater was leaking. I called at 8:45am. The service man showed up at 9:30 am to access the situation. He determined that we needed a new hot water tank. He called another service guy to bring the new tank. He was here by 10:30 am and the new hot water tank was installed by 11:00am. I was very impressed with the professionalism of both guys that came. They were so friendly and very efficient!!!!!! The gentleman who installed the new tank was Mark Chevalier #0245
