I recently had the Smart Air 1000 AC installed by Reliance. The unit didn't work. A Reliance service person came to fix it. Here is the story. A sub-contractor hired by Reliance came to install the AC. They did a good job, were friendly and the install went smoothly. The only problem was that the unit didn't work and the guys couldn't fix it. They left right away and passed the problem over to Reliance. A couple of hours later a Reliance serviceman showed up to trouble shoot the the issue. Phil was very professional and inspected the sub-contractors work. He had to return the next day to continue as it was already late. He identified some issues he felt were not up the the companies standards and fixed them right away. Phil found the problem and fixed it easily. He also took the time to help increase the efficiency of my system (furnace, fan, filter) and inform me about the differences between older and newer furnaces, not trying to up-sell. I recommend Reliance. Service is excellent.

I was at first, a bit skeptical on accepting the home visit. That has all been changed. The representative that showed up at our door was on top of his game. Plesant to talk to, knew his facts, and gave us a deal to fit our pockets. We now have no worries to come in heating or cooling. The instalation techs were equally as impressive. Knowledged, quick and with quality workmanship. It is a comfort to feel there is a company out there with these credentials. Well done Reliance!

Recently started renting a water heater from Reliance and they did a great job with the quick install. At the time I signed up with the furnace plan. Several months later something broke in the furnace and the next day they came to replace the piece for no charge. I call them up to add my AC to the plan as the furnace repair saved me a couple hundred dollars!

DARIUS from Reliance was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He made the experience with reliance not only pleasurable but very family oriented caring for our newborn. He was able to answer all the questions we had and was able to explain all the services in detail.

The 2 installers (Derek, Greg) that were assigned to the project were great. Very neat and answered all questions very professionally . The job was completed in a timely manner. They reviewed the location of the wiring and how the lines would run through the basement before install

Wes C and Matt G both provided outstanding service. The part Matt G ordered wasn't expected for a week or so, showed up today. The guys were amazing. I would recommend Reliance to anyone looking for someone in this field.

A Reliance salesman came to my door & asked if he could come in & speak to me about upgrading my 12 yr old furnace & 29+ yrold A/C m with a leased high efficiency system..I had no need or desire to replace these units as they were providing reliable service with minimal maintenance; I did want to replace the water heater as it was a rental & did not meet our needs ; your salesman talked me in to leasing a new furnace/AC system & said he would see what could be worked out with Enercare to cancel their contract without the onerous buyout costs but I havent heard back from him to date.

We had service work done today by Josh - he was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, accommodating, and took the time to explain the issue/fix. We really appreciate this kind of service.

Just wish to express my thanks for very professional and efficient service by Adam & Keith when replacing my water tank yesterday. It was an emergency situation which was handled proficiently, also by the female Reliance rep on the phone, who initially spoke with me (in a panicked state) in the wee hours of the morning, to get assistance asap. The technicians arrived within the advised hours (7-11 am) with a phone call notifying me when they would arrive. I am most appreciative that I was treated so well.
