    AC Repair

    My tech Jamie #0302 came to my home, right on time. Ask me to review my concerns, then proceeded to inspect and diagnose my issue. He was knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. My wife and I purchased the Reliance home warranty to protect our home, and to ensure our HVAC systems are kept in good running and properly maintained condition. Jamie was able to complete a rather complex repair tonight without having to make another appointment. I am very happy with this service and would absolutely refer Reliance Home Comfort to anyone who would ask. Thank you, Norm

    New Furnace and Air Conditioner Installation

    Had a new furnace and air conditioner to be installed. Appointment was for 9 am to 4 pm to complete the installation. They arrived after 12:00 noon so not great, but, they did complete the job efficiently by 6 pm the same day. I found the service from both Dan and Chris to be excellent. They showed me the 'ropes' and I was happy with their work.

    Heating and Air

    After 20 years my furnace finally bit the biscuit! It had to be condemned when the Reliance technician discovered a faulty heat exchanger. ( very hazardous by the way) An appointment was immediately scheduled for the same day with a salesperson (Jeff- can I mention your name?) He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He got me scheduled the next day for replacement of my furnace, air conditioner, which was on its last legs and updated my water heater too. The service was great , the technicians were great. What more can I say. Living comfortably and safe once again.

    Broken central air

    Called Reliance about my central air not working and tech came the next day within the timeframe stipulated (although no pre-call as expected) He told me no gas in the unit so they would need to do a leak investigation which takes 4-5 hours and costs $1080.00 minimum. Cost would be higher if work was needed at furnace and coil, around $2000. This A/C is about 8 years old Carrier unit purchased by previous home owner so no warranty. Tech also stated that even after all these potential costs they might not find the leak if a pinhole leak and the unit cannot be recharged with gas unless the leak was repaired. This was forcing me to purchase new unit - tech said he'd have the salesman there that afternoon within two hours The salesperson Jesse was brash, somewhat condescending and appeared to not want to talk with us. when he gave me an initial price of $3100 +hst I said that's expensive and showed him two competitor flyers that had come in the mail that day with pricing in the $1700-$2000 range and he said reliance was a multinational company open 24/7 with set pricing and did not discount. He then went on to say why would he waste his time with the lower pricing. I could go on and on about this young mans attitude but won't. If he is a representative of this company and their ethics you shouldn't buy from them. in fact he cost reliance the sale - I bought from the local Lennox dealer and paid $500 more but a far better experience and feeling that what we said mattered.

    Service

    For the first time in two years reliance have sent me a "real specialist" who new his job and had and excellent rapport with him. He replace the thermostat which was a my complain for a year now. Yes, he definitely did a 21 Point Precision Tune -up. That because he is are qualified person who knows his job. He was not one of there out-sourced service "technician" who uses a hair dryer to clean the equipment. Thanks, Adam Walker for a job well done. Excellent service. You deserve a 10 out 10.     New furnace,a/c

    I had Josh come to my house as I had no hot water. He fixed my water heater and then tested the furnace and said there was a low level of carbon monoxide showing. He suggested to see about replacing system I have,as it is original to the house. He contacted Brian and he showed me some options. Today I had Mike and Luciano here to install,very nice guys, super helpful and friendly. Very informative. Thank You!

    Hot Water Tank

    Our water tank broke and of course it was on a Sunday. We'd like to thank Cambridge Reliance for their quick and efficient service. A service tech come out to assess the situation on Sunday and he promptly booked a service call for a replacement tank to be installed on Monday. Mike, who installed our new tank, was very personable and proficient. We really appreciated how conscientious he was about his work, especially with regard to cleanliness. He also took the time to give us an overview about how to operate the new tank. We also appreciated the phone call we received telling us that Mike was running a little late - but even then he arrived well within the original window of time we had been allocated for our service call. Overall, we had a very positive experience. (Thanks also to Liz, for helping me find the link to submit a comment! I couldn't find the option to do so on the Reliance website.)

    hot water tank

    gentlemen that come in to do the work was great explain to me how a hotwater tank works and what he was going to check for . He suspected a certain problem and fixed it within 30 minutes . THANK YOU for your great service

    water tank replacement

    We needed our water tank replaced but were advised that we needed a chimney liner installed first,we were recommended a company by the service rep and proceeded to have it installed only to find out that it was not done properly,after it was redone once again it was not up to code and the service rep went out of his way to buy parts needed to correct the job which we are so grateful for.We cannot give enough praise to a great guy named Keith who in our opinion is an asset to your company.

    Furnace, water and air

    Vince came to give us an estimate was very helpful answer all our questions we felt very comfortable renting from Reliance after talking with him. Also happy with Reliance service installers very polite and professional
