I set up an appointment to get a quote for a new furnace and air con. I received a confirmation email for the date and time. An hour after the confirmed appointment time I called to see what the hold up was. They said sorry we do not have anyone in that area to do a quote. I asked to speak to a manager as I took time off work drove 3 hours to the house to meet for the quote. The person claiming to be a manager said they do not have an office in that area to sell me a furnace but would rent me one. He had no answer as to why they could not have informed me of the lack of intention to keep the confirmed appointment. Very shady that they could not sell me a furnace but could rent me one. Never again. Days pay and 6 hours of drive time wasted.

The furnace got wet from a leak in the humidifer and damaged the electrical components. The furnace stopped working. Thank goodness for Gabe and Andre. They were friendly and informed me of what was going on every step of the way.

I'm so impressed with Reliance, my furnace got installed this morning and at exactly 8:30 am 2 workers showed up to install my new furnace. Not only were they extremely polite, they also cleaned up everything afterwards. They assumed they would be there all day and they were finished right after lunch. They walked me through everything once they were done and explained everything to me. They also brought back the 4 heaters they had loaned me when my furnace broke down last week at no extra cost. I would recommend them to my friends & family!

We had issues with a leaky water heater and Reliance sent out Mark promptly. We had a safety valve replaced in under 20 minutes. He was fast, efficient and had a great sense of humor.

Furnace stopped working late at night. Called reliance hotline and scheduled an appointment first thing. Matt C. arrived shortly after calling ahead. He was very friendly, knowledgable and professional. I would recommend Reliance and Matt to anyone.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by your representative Jamie 0302 today. He was on time, very thorough, friendly and courteous. He found a couple of items needing attention, looked after them immediately, at no charge. We moved to Welland last summer and this was the first time we used your service. The last couple of times we had the service performed elsewhere, we were unimpressed with the job. However, this time Jamie restored our confidence in the plan. Ordered new furnace and air conditioning and Reliance was there to install the next morning. Kevin, Steve and Stephan were courteous and knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. I have already recommended Reliance to friends. Well done boys!

Service call was handled politely and with care. The technician Danny Tech #2707 called in before the scheduled time and confirmed coming very shortly, at the scheduled time. Very well and caring for the equipment problem and fixed the problem very well prepared. Explained the problem and the solution and very well received. You got a great employee for your company.
