Excellent and professional service. We continued rental of our water tank heater from Reliance when we bought our house 2 yrs ago. Everytime I call up them up for any concern I get prompt response. Recently, I decided to replace my furnace and aircondition. A visit from their home comfort advisors to our home helped us better understand the importance of having new upgraded equipment. Andrew, our advisor explained the technical and efficient aspects of upgrading to newer equipments. We were given reasonable affordable options to have the replacement done.

Abraham and his crew did a great job installing our new furnace, AC and Tankless water heater. They were very professional and efficient. Dennis the salesperson was a pleasure to deal with. He was much more knowledgeable about the operation of his products than the competition. He also gave us better information on cost savings and rebates. Great job by the Reliance team. I will recommend Reliance to all my friends.

We replaced our furnace and air conditioner to rent new units through Reliance Home Comfort. The service from beginning to end was excellent. Mike explained everything clearly - answered our questions and we did not feel rushed into anything. The technicians did a great job - quick, clean, and friendly. At the end of the installation the technicians also took their time explaining how to use everything and how to keep the filters and equipment clean.

I call Reliance at 2:15 pm on a Friday for a annual on my furnace and to check on why such low hot water pressure..I was told between 4 and 8 the same day..Great...The Tech called me 10 mins later saying he could be at my place in 25 mins. At 3:05 came in this very polite bilingual young man. He talk to us as a friend and clearly explained everything as he did his job. I have this service done 3 yrs now and this was the first time someone actually cleaned the dust inside the furnace. He then proceed to the water pressure issue...he had to call a plumber friend on what the cause could be. He found the problem and fixed it like a pro. He picked up all debris and even took it with him. I can now fill my tub in 5 min instead of 25 mins. When I call next year for my annual I will ask for him to come out again. My gas hot water heater would not keep the water hot. Called Reliance for a service call. The service person could be at my house either that afternoon or that evening. I chose the evening so I'd be home from work. Josh Rankin was the service person. He was very professional and prompt. Used "booties" for his walk through the house. My daughters were impressed with this! Diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly. Tested the CO2 emissions from the hot water heater. Answered all of my questions clearly. Overall, I was very impressed with Josh's work and knowledge. I would definitely call him again.

Andre was great at what he was doing, and what he was doing was service in my home he had great serevice his service was great and he should keep doing great service

At the start of a very busy day, we noticed that our water heater temperature was only luke warm and not heating properly. Since we are covered by the Reliance Protection Plan, I immediately called their number where I was assisted by a lovely and polite young lady, named Ashley, who booked us a service call for later that same day. Rob (Team Member #4238) arrived exactly when I was advised he would be here, quickly figured out what the problem was, and had the water heater fixed and running within an hour. I was completely satisfied with the service, all the way around, and would highly recommend Reliance and their services to everyone I know. Thank you for turning a difficult day into a complete pleasure.

Thank you to Rick #0861 and Ed #1460 for their great service today. Not only were they friendly and efficient, they went above and beyond to fix a leak so we didn't have to call a plumber. Excellent service and we appreciate it very much!

Hot water tank leaking and needed warranty replacement. Made an appointment on-line and their Service Tech John S called and gave me his ETA and arrived on-time and efficiently replaced the tank without any fuss or mess.. Took barely 2 hours and he was gone and everything was all good and back to normal.. Thanks John and Reliance for the excellent, personable, and fast service!

Reliance call ahead to say they will be their shortly and on time. It was just a regular maintenance check-up. Professionally well done. Everything was explain to me. A clean bill of health.
