Wes was a great technician and very informative about the issue. He promptly attended to the main problem. He arrived during the time frame that he was supposed to arrive. He was very helpful.

I was selling a home and needed a hotwater tank put in for the new owners to move in. I called and had someone there within a couple days to take care of it. The Tech's name was Brad Budgel he did the work well and quickly and with a smile the whole time not to mention a few laughs, I wish we had more employees like him at our company. Thanks guys!

The salesperson, Darius Chichgur, was very knowledgeable and helped us find the right solution for our needs. I would highly recommend Reliance and we had a fantastic install experience of watertank. 10 stars!

Chad from Reliance came to review a change we needed to make. We needed to change from a tankless back to a tank water heater. He went through all the stages that would need to happen to do this change. He answered all my questions and concerns and said he would do what he could to arrange for an install soon. I received a call back to say I would be getting my install later tonight. My family will be very pleased. Thank you Chad

Andre Dyer was very helpful he was quick and did the job. The water heater I installed was not working and Andre did the repairs. I am very thankful to Andre as the operator told me repairs would take three hours but it took less than one.

Last night I had water all over my floor, so I called reliance to come and take a look at my water heater. A young technician showed up at my house this morning and diagnosed where the leak was comming from and fixed it in a mather of 5 mintes ! I taught I might of needed a new water heater but he explained what had happend and that it was fixable. Great and reliable service.

Broken refurbished water heater. Would not let me speak with a supervisor at call centre. Insisting that 2 appointments necessary for replacement - do they not realize taking 2days off work inrealistic?

Were without hot water over weekend. Part arrived at 3:45pm on Monday and service technician was on-site within 2 hours. Very friendly and efficient. Noticed a leak in pressure release valve and replaced it as well.

Andrew and Lucas did a great job on both furnace and a/c unit installation. They did so in a timely manner. They explained all the new features and made sure we understood everything. They were good, knowledgeable and friendly.

I was expecting to pay more than I did. When the tech arrived he realized it was a 2 man job so he called someone and he came right away. While replacing the one pipe they noticed the pipe from my water tank was also half pvc only and my dryer vent was disconnected at one point - they fixed it all in 4 hours and cleaned up afterwards with just 2 small holes in the ceiling which couldn't have been avoided. I was impressed with the service - they did a great job and they were extremely pleasant to deal with :)
