    New furnace, A/C

    Only 5 days ago a Reliance Sales Rep Jill came in to talk about replacing our 18 year old furnace and A/C. Her written quote was emailed when she said I would receive it and she was quick to continue answering my questions throughout the weekend. My installation was today. Jeff and Ian were fantastic. They were right on time. Very respectful of my house, mats placed in the entrance and on the stairs leading to the basement. They explained the furnace and new 'Nest' thermostat and kept asking if I had any questions. Even after the installation, they said to call if I have any questions. Everything was clean when they left and the install took less time than quoted. This is the Kingston team I would highly recommend. Kim, Kingston, On.

    Hot water heater

    Simply stellar service, they have never let me down when needed. I have used them for many years. Our local service guy is well known and always reliable, honest and professional. Thanks for being so awesome.

    Furnace heater

    Our furnace heater broke down due to faulty motor, tech. BEA1870 advised us to order the part and charge us $149 instead of the posted $99 fee. He said because it's after 7:00 PM service. Next day I called to order the part and would take 1-2 days for the part to arrived. But tech BEA1234 came and search for available motor instead of waiting for the order. He found one from another city. He took the new part and install the same night. Now we can sleep properly thanks to BEA1234 who really cares for Reliance customers. For me, he's the real HomeStar.

    Tankless Water Heater Install

    Cindy Barnes was very informative and great to work with. Cindy helped us answer all of our questions and we would highly recommend Cindy from the Sarnia Reliance to anyone. Thank you Cindy.

    Furnace

    Two guys came to replace my furnace and air conditioner. They did an exceptional job. Forgot there names but they were awesome. I am so happy with the service! Thank you!

    Service

    Our tech ( K. Purcell ) did a routine maintenance on our hot water heater and was wonderful. The phone customer service was great too. Good company and easy to work with

    Heating (Furnace)

    It pays to have a maintenance package with Reliance Home Comfort. I am just paying $19.99 a month which started in Sept. 2015. I encountered a problem with my furnace (heater) a week ago and Reliance was able to resolve the problem when they sent their Technician Adam L. (BEA 1234) who replaced the board (which costs $525) but I did not pay anything because I have a plan. Good job Adam and thank you very much!

    Service Call to 10 Dale St. Kingston Kingston, K7M 4J1

    Barry arrived to-day in a prompt and efficient manner to take a look at our very furnace, the motor of which had become extremely noisy. We were very impressed with Barry's expertise and product knowledge and extremely helpful manner!

    Furnace repair

    Woke up with the house feeling a bit chilly. One look at the thermostat told me that there was something wrong with the furnace. Called Reliance and was told that a technician was starting his shift at 10 a.m. and I would be his first call. Given the temperature outside, I was somewhat surprised by this as I expected to have to wait longer. Technician called at 9:45 to confirm the appointment. At precisely 10 a.m. he pulled into my driveway. Before 11 a.m., the problem was diagnosed, a major component was replaced and the furnace was fully serviced. What a pleasurable experience!

    Furnace installation

    We are extremely satisfied with the professional, clean, efficient service provided by Ken and Joe when they installed our new furnace. They arrived on time and even when faced with a wrong part, remained calm and reassuring. They are welcome any time! Thunder Bay Reliance home comfort is lucky to have people who care about their job!
