Service was great! Maric had my furnace fixed in 30 minutes and took the time to help me understand. Great job! They came when they said and worked quickly. I'd recommend tem.

The sales rep was very thorough and patient. He explained everything in detail. The installation guys were very polite and tidy. Everyone I encountered was just very nice and efficient.

Dan and Andrew phoned before their arrival and when they arrived they introduced themselves and began to prepare the work area so they wouldn't get anything wet or dirty. They worked for hours without taking a break. They explained the new thermostat to me and programmed it too. I am legally blind so they made sure I would know what to do.they cleaned up after themselves and away they went. I would highly recommend them and also Reliance Home Comfort staff to anyone in need of a new furnace. It was a very positive experience!

Technician Tim performed the yearly service on our furnace. Very professional, and friendly. He performed all checks, changed the filter and took the time to review the work with us. I appreciate the time he took and would recommend this service to others.

Hot water not working Kyle Purcell came over checked in explained what needs to be done . Well explained will follow up with the plumber . Thank you Kyle for making me understand the equipment well enough to know my problem.

The ignitor went on my furnace. Within 2 hours of calling the repair man was on the doorstep. He was very courteous, profession and informative. I would definitely recommend the tech Randy to anyone interested in listening. Great quick repair Thanks

Installers Brent, Sean and Mehul did a wonderful job installing the furnace and relocating the AC. Everything looks great. Dennis the sales person was most helpful and courteous in helping us chose the right system for our house. We are so pleased we will recommend Reliance to all our neighbors.

The installers arrived at the exact time stated. They were very professional and new exactly what was needed. After the installation, I was shown and explained the unit and controls. Clean up was perfect.
