    Steven was very good at his job and new how to service us. He gave his advise on what we needed. We took it. On time and new furnace to arrive and installed in 3 days. thank you Steven you are a good sales person. Reliance has a great no GGGRRRREEEEAAAATTT salesperson

    repair

    Rob was very professional, friendly and helpful. He called before to confirm time of his arrival. Used his "booties" upon arriving. Explained in a language I could understand about what was happening. He also provided me with a few tips regarding my furnace.

    Service call

    Service call for hot water tank leak that proved to be an unrelated plumbing issues. Serviceman Andre Dyer was very courteous and professional and helped direct us towards resolving our problem.

    New Furnace & Air Conditioner

    Andrew & John were excellent in the installation of our new Furnace & Air Conditioner. They were true to their word (arrived on time & finished earlier than expected) & cleaned up very nicely after the job was done. Their explanation of all the equipment was thorough and easy to understand. I would recommend these two for any installation job you may need. Geoff & Terry - the 2 salesmen who sold us the day before - were also very nice. I was impressed - they supplied us with space heaters so we didn't have to spend the night at a hotel. Reliance comes highly recommended.

    No hot water service call

    We were out of hot water. They came a few hours later replaced a part. Later on that night when we tried the hot water again we still did not have any. they scheduled us again for the following morning. They tech came back there was a faulty door switch on the new part that was put on. It replaced it right away and waited around to make sure it was working and that we did have hot water. It's working great now!

    Motor replacement on furnace

    John was very professional, informative and efficient. He diagnosed the issue and obtained the parts needed within a reasonable amount of time. He made sure the heat was back on the same day even though the part required needed to be obtained from another tech. Awesome service by an A+ technician.

    No hot water

    Darren #2957 arrived exactly when he said he would; was very pleasant and polite..... diagnosed the problem as to why our hot water was no longer working very quickly.... explained the process to me, fixed the problem in a very efficient and timely manner.... Would definitely recommend both Darren and Reliance Home Comfort 5 star service

    Water Heater Repair

    Been trying to get this fixed for weeks, finally sent someone who ordered the correct part and had the repairs done. Joe and Sahil were great, they were apologetic for the delays, cared enough about the home to cover their shoes and worked efficiently to get the job done in a timely manner. There guys were great!

    Furnace

    Ian and Chris did a great and efficient job installing our furnace today. I didn't have a second hesitation about leaving for a quick errand. They were kind, clean and quick. They took time to explain things to me that I didn't understand immediately. Great, knowledgable installers!

    Furnace Repair

    Had a problem with the flame sensor in my furnace. Called Reliance and was given a window of time in which to expect the technician. As it turned out my wait was less than an hour. The technician, Tim P, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did the necessary repair and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. As I have a maintenance plan the repair cost me nothing.
