Had hot water issues with bauxi unit, reliance replaced the unit with the flow 120. The installers N. ALBRIGHT AND N. RADBOURNE was promt and very professional in their job. They were very informative and patient with all questions that I asked them. It took a few hours to do the replacement but at the end of the job, I was impressed in the way that they cleaned up the area as if they were never there.

From the first call to customer service, to sales, to installation it was a very good experience. Completely satisfied with the Reliance employees involved and the contract installers. Liked the option to be able to rent the equipment as opposed to buying. Would recommend Reliance to our friends and family.

Doing home renovations I unknowingly drove a brad nail through the thermostat cable. It took until the next morning for the Infinity 96 thermostat to report a critical error call technician. I called and service rep was here quickly. Rodney worked for hours trying to diagnosis the problem. Called Carrier support for help. On the first day Rodney ran out of options as he needed a part that had to be ordered. He was able to direct wire the furnace so that we had heat. When he returned with the part it to did not correct the problem. Rodney was persistent and did not give up. Did some on line research, read the manuals. He decided to go direct to the furnace with a thermostat on a short cord. Immediately he could tell communication was restored. He now knew the problem had to be in the wiring. He pulled back the wire through the wall and low and behold a pin sized hole. He cut back the installation and there it was a broken wire. To a number of hours but the repair once identified was completed quickly.

Andrew and Lucas arrived on time and installed the furnace and air and cleaned up after. Took us through the controls and showed me what they did so I understood the new system. Very friendly guys. Everything worked great when they left.

Arrived home the other day to hear loud noises from my furnace. Called Reliance under my Comfort Plan and they had Ricky at my house within the hour. Ricky was friendly and professional, and took the time to assess the problem and find the appropriate fix. Luckily for me, it was just an issue with the thermostat, which he replaced. Before leaving, he tested everything to ensure the noises were not repeated. Great service!

Adam called me before coming over. Unfortunately I was running late. He told me he would call back a little bit later to let me know when he would be back in my area. 1 hour later he called me and came by. Great service and he fixed my hot water tank. We now have hot water again. Thank you very much Adam!

Service by Joe green was great was very detailed and went through the steps with me during the service of the boiler also gave me a few pointers for future installations.

Steve Hutchison came to do the work at the house the next day after we called about our problem at home with the water heater. He came in on time, worked fast and explained everything clearly and effectively. We were so thrilled with our service and are very greatful and thankful to Steve for his amazing customer service. Thank you reliance and Steve!

Upgraded from a rental tank water heater to a Rennai tankless heater due to reliability issues with the tank. The install went very smoothly with the installers answering all my questions and they were very friendly and efficient. Fast and well done and clean up was perfect. Thanks to Trinden and Greg for their great work.

Please stop sending me theses emails. My furnace is working well. In a telephone call I told your representative that when and if I ever need a new furnace I would give you a chance to bid on a replacement. I am happy with my service contract with your company and that I would happily recommend this service and have. W.A. Mielke
