    AC,AND FURNACE

    New Furnace

    Trinden/Greg installed a new furnace. The two were very professional. Did a great job and went beyond my expectations. They took some extra time to fix the dryer exhaust at the same time the put in the furnace exhaust. Did a fantastic job of explaining the new thermostat.

    Tankless water heater

    The sales lady she was very professional and also mike & Scott they were very nice people and very professional they new what there job is they were very polite.

    Great Service

    I get my furnace and my waterheater maintenance by Reliance home comfort. I called at 9:30 am with what i thought was a leak on my water heater, Shawn L, their Trusted Advisor looked and said no it was the furnace, not only did he fix the issue he made sure that the furnace was performing properly!

    hot water tank replacement

    Colin turned our hot water tank problem into a stressfree and streamlined solution. He had a great personality and was a most efficient worker. I can't say enough good things about his service.

    HVC service

    I have found that in having my furnace replaced after having a builders ( Lennox ) unit. my house heats up faster & maintains a consistent temp all throughout the house. i love it !!!!

    Furnace making sounds when starting

    Impressed with how Reliance responds to issues. My furnace was making sounds and I called to schedule an appt with service. I have a plan with Reliance. 2 days later Maric showed up and told me that some motor needs changing, there will be no cost to me, he will look for the part and should have next day. the next day he came and 10 minutes later he was done. I have not had any issues afterwards. My experience with Reliance service/maintenance team has been great! Thank you.

    Furnace Issues

    Sunday morning we went down to find a soggy basement floor. I called Reliance and within 30 mins Mathew F (RCH1763) had called and arrived at our door to fix our issue. He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. My fiance and I are extremely thankful for his and Reliance's help and could not believe how quickly everything was taken care of! We will be sure to highly recommend Reliance in the future and love the service plan we have which has come in handy several times now. A few weeks ago we had to call Reliance again for another issue, our water heater was not working. Peter (5278) came out right away and went above and beyond not only fixing the issue but explaining what happened, so that it didn't happen again. He also took preventative measures to ensure we didn't have issues sooner. I can not express enough how happy I am to have gone with Reliance.

    hot water tank

    I started with a very poor experience with Reliance as the first service guy switched me to a tank that was too small & the 2nd one misquoted what tanks were avail. and the cost of venting a PDV that I needed. Kelly D. in Customer Services was great as she really listened, she was patient, and she sincerely wanted to help. Kelly worked hard to problem-solve the situation to my satisfaction and I am not only much happier with the outcome, but still a Reliance customer. Thanks Kelly! Heat Master techs, Tyler & Johnny, were also very professional, respectful, knowledgeable. Tyler & Johnny answered all my questions and they worked their guts out to install all the venting and switch the tanks, as quickly as possible. Thanks guys!

    Furnace repair under monthly plan

    The inducer motor started making unhealthy noise last Thursday night. I called Reliance and scheduled an appointment for late afternoon on Friday. The furnace quit completely about an hour before Vince from Reliance arrived. He was affable, considerate and demonstrated that he knew his trade by promptly identifying the problem (the inducer motor was burnt out). While no parts where available at the time (it was after hours for parts stores at this time), Vince located the part needed and had it to my home early next morning. I am very happy with my experience with Reliance Home Comfort and feel that the furnace/AC repair plan that I have through them is money well spent.
