I acquired a HVAC system from Reliance to be paid in monthly installments. I underwent a credit check that came back successful and sustained the amount of the system. Yet they put a lien on my house, WITHOUT EVER MENTIONING IT, for this nominal amount. I found out when I was renewing my mortgage and had to pay $200 to RELIANCE to have them postpone their security interest. Integrity in a vendor is key and they are very much lacking on this.

Called reliance at about 11:30 am account no heat from furnace. Dave was on site about 1:00pm. Obviously experienced and knowledgeable. Had the problem fixed in about 10 minutes. He stayed to allow the furnace to run through a few cycles to ensure the problem was indeed fixed and that there would (hopefully) not be a call back. Very satisfied. This work took place in London Ontario not in Burlington: can't speak about the quality of work there.

Momo did a fantastic job delivering what he set out in our initial consult. He made sure that the installation happened quickly and then that any issues were remedied in a timely fashion. He is always reachable and ensured we had all concerns and questions answered. The furnace has made a difference in air quality already and all minor repairs to the old thermostat hole in the wall and baseboard damage were completed within 2 weeks. The installers did a good job in an old house that wasn't easy to work in and completed the job while answering questions and explaining the usage of our upgraded system!

After having multiple service persons to our house to fix our water heater, we were lucky enough to have Gurmeet and Saleem visit our home. Within minutes they helped regulate the temperature of our water and tank with effenciency and impeccable proffesionalism. They educated us as to the issue amd listened to our concerns. After 6 less then stellar calls to reliance and home visits, we could not feel more lucky that these two service men arrived to help us. We can only hope to work with them again, as they certainly helped save our account with reliance.

Reliance has some great employees who really believe in providing excellent customer service and care. They installed a brand new rental hot water tank fall 2015 and our hot water supply was on and off for some reason. Few contractors/technicians came in and were not able to fix this for us. I reached out to one of their best employees Nicole P from their Cambridge/Kitchener office and as always she promptly guided me in the right direction and connected me to their Service Manager Vedesh M. Vedesh showed his true commitment and himself came in with a technician to conduct a thorough system check and got it fixed through their in-house licensed plumber Jorge G; Jorge is very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job of fixing this for us! Vedesh also gave a follow up call to make sure that everything is working to my satisfaction which clearly tells us that Reliance cares for their customers. I would also recommend Reliance customers to get a Plumbing Protection Plan which actually came in handy to fix this issue! Reliance Management, congratulations on having such committed employees! Thanks again guys! :)

Chad came to the house to investigate if there is an issue with the hot water tank. My complaint was that we were running out of hot water quicker than I expected. He was very thorough and took his time to. He also discussed other plans the company had to offer. I am very strongly considering registering.

Josh did a great job completing the repairs neatly quickly and explained quite well what he had done. He arrived within the time expected gave estimate time to replace the parts Thank you

Daniel P (advisor) was incredible with his help in selecting equipment and discussing payment options. John & Shawn (HVAC installers) were super friendly, knew their job extremely well, worked quickly and left the work area clean and tidy. Our nine-year-old furnace, installed and maintained by Reliance technicians, was having a leaking issue. Upon calling Reliance for warranty information, it was determined that the issue was indeed covered by our warranty, and a Reliance technician was on-site within hours to do the repair and get our furnace back in working order. Great products, great service and friendly, knowledgeable and dependable service staff have made us loyal Reliance customers for life. Thanks, Reliance!
