We replaced our mid- efficiency furnace with a high efficiency rental unit. The install crew, Russell and Brian from Ontario Mechanical Services. were pleasant and professional and they answered any equations fully and satisfactorily. We had asked for a tankless water heater to be installed and they explained why this was not physically possible. They did a good cleanup job, removed the old furnace, humidifier and all the other junk and took everything away after. The only thing I had to do was to damp mop the floor outside the furnace room.

Several technicians tried to resolve the issue with my furnace and all of them were very professional and service oriented. However, I must say that Gabriel Fazzolari went the extra mile to asses the issue with the furnace and then went out the same day to get the part and then return to fix the furnace. So far the furnace is working very well. Thanks Gabriel for your help and the tips and hints to ensure the air is flowing well within our home. Thanks again.

Dean Timpany has assisted me in selecting 2 tankless water heaters and a new furnace and central air for my "income properties". I am satisfied with the installation and performance of these products. It is peace of mind knowing they are serviced by Reliance should something go wrong. I did attempt to obtain a new filter for my furnace recently and have yet to receive it. Other than that, great products and service.

We were taking over by reliance from another company and our combo unit was not working and needed replacement. we were still under warranty and there was other labour costs associated with the replacement ( i.e vent replacement) I was told i had to pay for it but because of the warranty we should have been covered under it. Therefore, reliance changed their mind and did not replace the unit but said they had found a solution for the issue, after giving us the run around. It was in the summer time so we were not even able to see if the fixed to turn on the heating. They changed a small part and said that it was okay when it was not because they did not want to pay for the extra costs associated . we are in the middle of winter and now the unit has completely broken down and have to be be replaced, and they said we have to pay for the all the costs now because it is not under warranty anymore. They have the worst customer service and service technicians. They are unprofessional, they do not know anything about the unit, each person has a different story. When we call in, they have no idea what is going with customer. we have to always keep repeating over and over again the issue, even when they say we are writing down the notes to the conversation. DONT EVER RENT OR BUY FROM THEM. HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE WORK ETHIC.

Called Reliance this morning and they had someone come this aft. Got a courtesy call they were on their way, met by a very friendly guy and he even used the little booties!! Very knowledgeable and so friendly. Did a great job and I would definitely recommend!!! My advisor was Mathew P and he is top notch!! Thank you for making this stress less, I needed that! :)

John Savage did an excellent job. John was courteous, professional and on time. Work site was left clean and unit operational. I would recommend John for any future work done on my property.

After doing some comparison shopping I decided to contract Reliance to install our new furnace, air conditioner and water heater. My service Advisor, Mike Mcarthur, was both friendly and knowledgeable and gave me honest advice as to which systems to choose for our home. I was extremely impressed with the quality of service by our installation crew of Andrew and Nenous from Northern Clean Energy. They were courteous, clean and quiet and completed the job in under the estimated time. Their degree of workmanship is top notch, and they ensured that I fully understood how to operate all aspects of my new system before leaving. Thank you Reliance - I am very happy with my purchase!

Woke up this morning with no hot water. I called Reliance for a service call. The young lady that answered my call was excellent and very helpful. She said the service personel would be at my home by 11:00 am. I called at 8:30 am. Service personel arrived at 10:00 am. hot water isssue was resolved just before 11:00 am. Your service personel were very helpful ,friendly and knowledgable. Overall I would like to say thanks for the excellent customer service.

Jas installed my tankless water heater. He was punctual and polite. He explained what he was doing and cleaned up after himself. My tankless works beautifully. Thank you Jas. I would highly recommend that he install your tankless!!
