Fantastic customer service right from the start when the service guy told us the furnace had died, through the sales discussion and ending with the quick and professional installation, less than a day later, we were impressed by how friendly and caring everyone was. A huge thank you to Matt and Adam for the installation!

Reliance did a wonderful job with our furnace and restoring our hot water. Ian B was wonderful. Explained everything to me since I am a single mother and I do not understand much of this stuff. So thank you for doing a quick and informative job.

A consultant came to our home by the name of Jamie Lanys. He did a really great job . He was very polite , respectful and knowledgeable. He gave us the proper info to make the right decision for our home and family. Other companies came in and I just felt as if they were trying to sell me something regardless of my concerns or what i needed. Jamie took the time to explain everything and answer any concerns and advised the benefits. He even arranged an installation right away. The installers were also very professional, respectful and cleaned up the mess when done. Have only good things to say. Thank You guys. Reliance should be proud of there employees.

Hi I was having problems with the thermostat and humidity controls and Gabriel was able to fix both. This is a new furnace from reliance. And it is now working fine. He answered all my questions and was very professional.

The service technician named Stephen was friendly and very thorough. He enjoyed his work and was a delight to have him service my furnace. Would recommend him to anyone. The best tech ever.

I came home to no heat in my home and decided to schedule an appt with Reliance to have someone come take a look. Unfortunately they could not send someone out until the following morning, however the technician they sent (John RM 975) was fabulous. He took his time to explain what was wrong with my furnace and helped turn a very stressful situation into one that was more manageable. My furnace ended up being replaced, however John took his time to ensure that I was connected to a home comfort advisor he could vouch for and made sure the appt was scheduled and confirmed prior to leaving my home. It is highly likely that I would not have gone with Reliance for additional services if not for John, his professionalism and his hospitality!

My furnace was running intermittently. Dave from Superior home comfort attended. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made a repair. Service was friendly and efficient. Work was completed quickly and problem is resolved.
